I'll get H to do that for me tomorrow or Wednesday.

I soo need this.
Too much food and drink the last couple weeks that crescendoed this weekend. So much heartburn and I hate how I feel.
I need to go to bed so I don't flake on this.

I'm not going to weigh or measure this time because my state of denial is actually keeping me on a healthier meal interval than if I knew. Also, the whole early period bloat will make me feel like crap.
I'm nervous my fit test is going to suck though. I need to find my book from last time and see if I can even get close to my first fit test. Ideally, I'd be better than that but I've been lazy the last few months.

I did Day 1 today since I won't have time tomorrow. I'd like to lose 20-25 lbs, ~4" off my waist, and ~6" off my hips. I didn't measure anywhere else because that's where I hold all my extra weight. So I've got a lot of work to do.
I did not do great on the fit test.
Speed squats: 39 High knees: 90 Push ups: 26 (on the wall) Squat jumps: 17 Tricep dips: 24 Burpees: 6 Alt lunges: 15 Elbow plank: didn't do because I have DR
Sooo... Only way to go is up!!

I did measurements last night and put them into MFP, where I had last entered measurements in 2012 weighing 30 lbs less that I currently do. So that sucked.

If you are watching her videos, you don't need the timer. She has it on the bottom of the screen. But if you are just following the list and doing it yourself you will. I have one and it's super simple. You set your rest time, the workout time and how many reps. So 8-10 depending on the day. I start it after I do a quick warm up.

When we did it on our BMB I started a thread every Monday with the next weeks work outs. Then we could keep each other accountable and talk about the moves. I don't mind to do that again but don't want to step on toes. Let me know if you all would like that. That way they're right there and you don't have to search for them. And if we don't want a new thread each week, I can just update the videos in the original post and we can keep posting to one thread.

I did the fit test Sunday at the gym, I watched the video at home and wrote down the exercises and my reps. I will report my stats later, as the paper is at home and I'm at work (obviously working hard!) I took a long (planned) run yesterday and need today to be a rest day, so that's why I started early. I will take my measurements and before pics later.
What does everyone think of a "call out" for those who don't check in? Say, if we complete at week or 2 (whatever we decide) but then stop checking in for a few days, we can tag the person(s) who are missing? I want to stick with this and I think if I miss a few days, having someone tag me would be helpful to reign me back in. I don't know if everyone is cool with that. Or is there another way (PM or "buddy system"?) to increase accountability?

Did the fit test. Woof. I'll come back and update my numbers when I'm off the treadmill.

I'd love a weekly thread to help keep things more organized. And I'm down for call outs if I miss check ins.

But I would tag who was left every Monday to get everybody in the mind set of doing it.

How sweaty do you get doing the fit test. I want to do it, but I wont have time tonight so I am deciding if I could do it in my office today at lunch.

I don't want anyone to feel bad, but I know if someone tags and asks me why I didn't show up I eventually get a little tired of explaining myself and it's a good kick in the butt.

brux would it be too much trouble to tag everyone in the weekly thread? Maybe a preemptive kick in the butt?

I thought it was super hard too. But my confidence is boosted by Day 2.
