Yes! Very, very interest! I need to do something! Can I suggest a start date of September 1 to make it easy? And we don't all have to do the same version (5.0 vs 6.0) they are both challenging in different ways. I've started and failed to finish both. Yeah after labour day works well for me because real talk I am not doing this at the cottage this weekend. I'm just not.

Do y'all recommend buying the menu plans? I've liked her meal plans in the past and they were pretty effective. I like the regular, weekly ones and I think I cancelled after 2 months. It was a ton of recipes so then I could mix and match on my own. I also bought her Surge and Extreme programs. I looved the workouts for those ones - her toughest I think but I really hated those meal plans. Keto is not for me. her regular ones were not Keto.

Just buy one month and mixing it up for two more months.

Yeah, Labor Day will be a wrinkle. I'm willing to start on Tuesday Sept 5 with the fit test day 1.
Does that work?

I started her 6 week mini challenge, since I can't commit to 90 days right now. I did the upper body today, and then these ab exercises since I can't do her ab workout due to diastasis recti.

Can I play over here? I'm jiggly, too. My baby is now over a year old so I can't keep blaming it on her anymore.

Can someone who has done it before tell me a little about it? I just don't know what kind of exercise it is. Would I be able to also run and do yoga with this?
Also, I have a lot of travel coming up and don't know how that would work.

Also, I have a lot of travel coming up and don't know how that would work. I'm sure there is a name for it, but theres a lot of jumping and running in place. Pushups, bicep curls, lunges in every imaginable direction. Like bodyweight and free weight stuff mostly with pretty static cardio moves (burpees, mountain climbers, running in place). I have done it in a hotel room before and it was ok. I substituted the jumping moved for running in place just because it was like 6 am and I didn't want my downstairs neighbours to think the roof was caving in.

I'm in. I really need to start exercising. I've been saying that for months... but this seems doable for me.

Two trips I will be staying at houses so that might be easier. And I guess I could do it outside at a park or something. Do you need the dumbbells for every one?

@juliagulia, its usually one or two strength days (depending on the phase of the program) and a cardio day. You could always skip the cardio workouts and do the run instead.

On the strength days, I would say 50-75% (totally pulling numbers out of my ass) is dumbbell work. I know that they are in every strength workout but lots of the moves you could do without (like lunges for example). Then you could always sub a pushup or something for bicep curls or something for that workout if you didn't want to lug your dumbells to a park.

Also, I have a lot of travel coming up and don't know how that would work. They're short (20ish min) HIIT workouts. Definitely doable when traveling.

What really made this work for me was keeping count of my reps. It is so satisfying to see some progress almost every say. I realize this is possible to do in all exercise programs but for some reason it feels more satisfying in this one.

Also take measurements instead of only using the scale. I didn't lose many lbs but I did lose significant inches.

I know hardly anyone in this thread knows me but I was part of the 6.0 group that did it earlier this year and even without the meal plan I changed a lot, especially and most importantly I think my mindset! I'd never tried an online workout or an organized check in like that before. The check in group was awesome on here so I highly suggest keeping in touch even daily. I'm 20 weeks pregnant now and having pelvic issues otherwise I'm still anxious to get going into a routine again with BBM after baby is born, which I gotta tell you is a feeling I NEVER had with my other two!

Hi guys. I'm going to join you. I weigh more now than I did when I had ds2. He is a 17 months - I have no excuse. I just really need to buckle down.

I think origami did this earlier this year, right? I lasted a month before I lazied out. I could be convinced to go again. Although no workouts for the next few days as my arm is swollen af from a new tattoo and it needs heal time.

Alright, actually finished reading the thread and yes I'm a go for sept 5. I find her mildly insufferable but once i learned all the moves I just muted it and listened to music instead.
I know she has previously posted a couple weeks of meal plan for free. They don't include recipes but it's pretty basic food so if you know you're way around the kitchen you can figure it out pretty easily.
