I am in. I started 5.0 earlier this year and fell off the wagon around day 30 or so. I didn't see a big change in my weight but I could feel my body getting stronger. I need to be held accountable and have someone kick me in the ass if I start to slack.

For those having trouble reaching 10k steps - I never do when I wear it on my wrist. Because when I walk around in the clinic, I have a chart in my hand or I'm carrying a dog or whatever else may be keeping my arm stationary. Once I started wearing it around my ankle it was much more accurate for me and I easily make 10k in a day. It tracks your "step" by tracking your arm swing like it would if you were just walking, but if you are carrying something or pushing a stroller or cart or anything like that, it won't register those as steps. I've adapted by pushing my shopping cart or the stroller with my opposite hand. I look like a fool, but ya know, steps. Amiright?
I use the restroom that is furthest from my office (when it's not an emergency) and take walks on my lunch break. I also try to visit people in their office instead of calling or emailing them, when possible.

I'm sure there is a name for it, but theres a lot of jumping and running in place. Pushups, bicep curls, lunges in every imaginable direction. Like bodyweight and free weight stuff mostly with pretty static cardio moves (burpees, mountain climbers, running in place). I have done it in a hotel room before and it was ok. I substituted the jumping moved for running in place just because it was like 6 am and I didn't want my downstairs neighbours to think the roof was caving in. Thanks. That's helpful. Two trips I will be staying at houses so that might be easier. And I guess I could do it outside at a park or something. Do you need the dumbbells for every one? I haven't RTMFT so sorry if this was already brought up but you could get a band, @juliagulia and it makes it super easy to travel with. It's what I used to do when I was hard core.

Also, I'm in. I need something and I think this will be doable.

Someone who's done this before, are there lots of push-ups? It's however many push-ups you can do in one minute, usually once or twice a week. You compete with yourself to do better than previous so if you start with one, you try to make it to two and so on. It's not nearly as scary as it sounds. And knee push-ups are a-ok.

I ordered 2 sports bras because apparently none of mine fit.
I've lost weight but am still much... larger... than the last time I regularly exercised. Trying to stay positive but damn.

Ok, I made an account at BBM and looked through a bunch of stuff. I guess I'm doing this. Does it cost? I may need to do this No. The 90 day challenges are completely free. All available on youtube. You can pay and be a member for bonus series like Ab, pregnancy, couples, and others. But to find them on youtube just type in "Bikini body mommy 5.0 day xyz"

Damn, that's not going to work for me. Can you do wall push-ups? Basically exactly how it sounds, you are doing them against the wall instead of on the floor. I can't do anything that engages the pectorals too much but I just did a few wall push-ups and I think that might work!

Can I join this? I have a ton to lose and so far have just been walking and doing the exercise bike. I am down 37 pounds since mid April but still have around 100 to go. Hoping this will help! I'm a little worried I'm not in good enough shape for it but I will do my best.

I'm a little worried I'm not in good enough shape for it but I will do my best. All you have to do is keep moving, keep trying and you'll surprise yourself I'm sure of it. There are moves that I couldn't even try at the beginning and can do now and moves that I still can't even try. Congrats on the 37! That's a huge accomplishment!

I'm finally back on track after doing horribly from mid-June through July so hopefully this will help keep me motivated. I'm also in the middle of a diet bet which helps. I aim for a minimum of 20K steps a day during the week. Weekends are rough because DH is home and we tend to be more lazy.

I took pictures and measurements, so I'm ready for this to start on Tuesday. I feel really motivated, so I'm hoping I can do the full 90 days.
Last time I tried this, I only made it about 15 days.

I took measurements last night. I feel like death, but I will start tomorrow.
I guess doing a fit test while sick will at least make my progress feel more...improved.

Here's the info for Day 1 (tomorrow). The video is 20 minutes long.
I watched the first couple minutes. She says you'll need an interval timer (app?), water, and an elevated surface like a chair for this workout. It's Day 1. A fit test.
She also mentions various guides and things you can download. I'll check it out tomorrow to see what's free because it might be useful stuff to have natrition or workout plans.
