Since starting my workouts and eliminating grain and dairy I have lost 10lbs (13 since the beginning of August) My meal plan kind of went to crap this weekend but that's life, tonight and tomorrow it's back to normal.

Those of you with a Fitbit...do you find it helps keep you accountable? I am thinking of getting the Charge 2. Totally helps me keep moving, yes. A must have!

I weighed myself this morning and am down 16lb! I won't be dieting anymore but hoping with eating healthy, no alcohol and cutting out most sugar that I'll drop a bit more before I start gaining.

BMB 5.0 starts today over on the healthy living thread if anyone wants to join! I'm excited! I had to buy new jeans yesterday because mine were wayyyyy to tight. So I need this. I'm fine with the number on the scale but all the extra weight went right to my mommy pouch and it sucks. I need it toned and firmed up.

I had a ton of parties and drinking this weekend and went completely off the rails. I gained back more than half of what I lost in 3 days But today I am back on it.

So, the no spending thing didn't happen. I went to Target this weekend to get out of my Dad's house since the AC was broken. Cat & Jack was 20% off on cartwheel and their Halloween stuff was in stock, so I HAD to buy stuff. And I got some cute blue bunny/kitty (it's still being debated) boots for Cadence. Damn you Cat & Jack!

My BFF and I made a deal. We both made weight loss goals to hit by dec 1. If we both make it, we are going to go to a spa for a few days in jan or feb.
It will be good accountability- even though we don't see each other much,, we talk daily.

I made snack packs today with carrots, celery and broccoli. I'm hoping to stop snacking on crap at work and at home in the evenings. Meanwhile mh is over here eating a damn nutty buddy bar. Little Debbie you're a bitch.

Still running. Up to 1.5 miles but only some days. It's supposed to rain the next two days which works out because I pulled something in my back yesterday and it's been worse since running this morning. So I think a rest is needed. Down 85#. 42 to go until final goal!

I've been going to the gym 2-3 times a week and walking on the other days during my lunch. We leave for nfld this Saturday... I need to figure out what I'm going to do for fitness. I'll probably try going for a walk/jog every morning... the closest gym is 4 hours from where we will be.

I'm almost down 20lbs. My meal plans have been doing okay, weekends I struggle more especially since we've been going to carnivals and fairs the past few weeks.
