I am realizing that I'm super inflexible so I'm going to work on fitting in a little stretching throughout the day.
I didn't manage to do a single Pilates video last week the way I planned so I'm still wanting to start again this week. Hoping to fit in at least 4 workouts.

Got up at 5am and ran/walked. Stayed on track eating this weekend. Just went out to a takeout buffet thing for lunch and only got protein so that's a big win. I was scared of temptation but I'm pretty satisfied.

Buffets take serious will power!! Good job wedding! I really struggle with food aversions/texture issues. It's usually healthy things that I have a problem with so that's really frustrating. So I have decided that I'm going to start forcing myself to eat things that I normally would not. Example: My friend had a party a few days ago and made spinach salad with cherry tomatoes and mushrooms (all three things I do not eat) - I forced myself to at least take a bite with each in it and I really didn't hate it. Anyways- total first world problem. I'm hoping a healthier diet might help with my fatigue and anxiety. Probably should start working out as well 😩

I'm back on my smoothies and overnight oats. I only do them during the week, but I think I should at least start doing the smoothies on weekend mornings. Especially if I can get Cadence to drink some as well. I need to up my exercise game, but it is so hot outside and plus, I'm lazy. I also need to increase my water intake on the weekends. Weekends are the only times I drink coke, but I've noticed I stop drinking water on those days too, so I need to do less of one and more of the other.
ETA: oh and still no meat. Mh asked if I was going to start eating it again when the month is up, but idk that I will.

Ok, trying this again. Got up and ran this morning and I'm going to start tracking calories again. I want to try and get to a class this week too. I haven't been to any since May! Where did the summer go?
If I could just reign in my drinking and poor eating on the weekend, that would be a huge help.

Good job, wedding! I am so with you on the exercise, klong11. I do my walk in the morning but then trying to fit something in after the kids are in bed isn't appealing.

sands42 what if you add crunchy stuff? I do these combos: - spinach salad with walnuts, strawberries, Dried coconut and balsamic vinaigrette (I like this with kale too). - spinach with cucumbers, tempeh bacon, carrots, tomatoes, and hempseed ranch - spinach with tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, roasted chickpeas and tomato vinaigrette

So I've decided the reason I can't get into running is because the ground is so unlevel and I'm afraid to hurt myself.. Which I've nearly done 3 times. And I can't stand getting up at 5 to do it. If I could do it inside I wouldn't have to do it before DH leaves. I just sent H a treadmill thats for sale, used. Hopefully he's on board. I want to run dammit!

I don't eat walnuts or cucumbers though. I just need to get over it! I don't like onions unless they are fried aka onion rings or cactus blossom. And I feel like there is onions on everything! I like the flavor it's the crunch of them that I can't stand. And even if they are soft just knowing they are in something ruins it for me. It's so weird and stupid.

With the exception of my binge eating/drinking weekend up north, I've been doing well on my diet and working out. My 6 week challenge at my gym ends on Saturday, so I need to stay motivated after that!

I did my first class and joined OrangeTheory today. It's a tough workout but it's 1 hour and done. Also, as per my Naturopath I've started a modified paleo meal plan. My PCOS has caused major insulin resistance and she said with how high my insulin is there is no way I would lose weight. So this meal plan will help reset that. Also, only drinking water. I have 1 coffee every other day/every three days. I'm trying to cut it out completely but I get migraines so slowly cutting back I'm hoping will help.

Soooo... I joined WW on Monday, but realized I didn't weigh in. So Tuesday I decided to gorge on all the junk food I had in the house so it wouldn't be there to tempt me later (solid plan). Then today we had a work lunch catered from my favorite place around here for a girl that's getting married on Saturday.
So... Tomorrow I start??
