thinkchocolate05 ugh how stressful it must be to not have a clue whether and when you will get a call from the hospital to come in for induction! That would seriously throw me for a spin. I hope you will know one thing or another soonest!! Thanks! I'm finally here. They randomly called me to come in at 2pm. Just got hooked up to pitocin and waiting for contractions. How exciting (and nervewracking at the same time I bet!)!!! Good luck and I am looking forward to baby updates whenever you feel up to it!!! 🤗 |

The cleaning lady is working hard and my house is really looking better then it has in uhm months lol. Usually I am pretty on top of housechores but with the pg, heart issues, work being a pita, broken ankle etc it was uhm... well.. yeah lol.
I am just soooo tired and about to fall asleep in the chair.. but aaargh I can't sleep when there is someone around cleaning my crap!? 30 more minutes.. 😥😥😪😪😪

Ugh, my doctor sent me to l&d this morning because my BP spiked at home to 160/80. Now I'm here and it's still high but only 143/84 so they'll probably send me home? I dunno, waiting for the doctor to come check me. Good news is that baby is doing good on the monitor. I wish they would just induce me today and get this over with because this has been beyond stressful. It sucks because I'm here by myself and feeling overwhelmed.

Hope you are okay muscariHen.ry Neil was born this morning at 3:27 am. He is a little smaller than his brother was at birth and is just SO Precious. I got stuck at 3-4 cm for like 8 hrs but then things kicked into gear once I got my epidural and could relax. I'll post a longer story when I'm slightly less sleep deprived. |

thinkchocolate05 yay for baby!!!! Congrats mama! cali can you push to be induced. muscari yay for clean house. Nap when she's done! AFM baby failed it's kick count today. ARG it took 2.5 hours to get 10 kicks. I tried EVERYTHING. So I just put a call into the midwife. I am getting movement, but it's inconsistent. Sadly my normal midwife and nurse are off today so I'm waiting on the other one to call me back.

yoshijo and elliecat17, my bp now went down to 138/71, which is kind of normal for me so they're saying they don't think there's any reason to induce and if they induce too early it increases my risk of c-section. They're going to monitor me for 45 minutes more and they just ran some blood work to make sure it's not pre-e. I guess if that's all good they'll send me home and we'll reevaluate at my appointment on Friday. elliecat17, kick counts are the bane of my existence right now, it's so stressful when you're not getting enough movement. I'm glad you put a call in. I hope they get back to you asap.

cali boo and not boo at the same time. I hope you get some answers, and honestly whatever is safest for baby is what's best right? They want me to come in for a NST. H has the only car I can drive right now. So I had to call his work and ask them to get him. The receptionist apparently had no idea and needed to know why I wanted him and was it an emergency. So guess who just ended up bawling on the phone to a receptionist....

Hope everything is going ok cali, I'd just go to sleep muscari, You are 9 months pregnant....take a nap! Congratulations thinkchocolate05, I can't wait to see pictures! I hope everything is ok elliecat17, Keep us updated! Baby boy was not moving yesterday which of course made me worried. I mean he kind of stretched his little foot a few times but there wasn't much movement. Then around 3am he decided it was time to move so I felt much better. He's a little sluggish this morning but I can feel him in there and I have an appointment tomorrow so I'm just going to wait it out. In awesome news my principal called me this morning and said she got permission to ask the substitute I want for the 12 weeks I'm out even though she isn't special ed certified. I don't care. This woman has subbed for me before, she knows all of my kids, and she's great. Thankfully she said yes! So that is like a huge weight off of me. My principal said she wouldn't be surprised if I go into labor today now that this stress has been removed from me. |

Hugs cali so sorry you are at L&D all by yourself. Any chance you can call someone to come join you? YH or mum or a friend? My drs wouldnt induce either if my BP was borderline high like yours seems to be now... unless there are other symptoms for pre-e or hellp which would be a game changer of coz. Did they also check your urine for protein? I can understand you feeling frustrated tho - it IS overwhelming and beyond stressful. Hugs! Will check back regularly to see if you updated! Feel free to whatsapp me as well sweetie! Hang in there 😚💛 Ahh just read your update! Glad your BP went down and they arent concerned but ugh sorry for all the frustration and anxiety still! |

elliecat17 Hugs! Kickcounts really stress me out as well again these past couple days. Sometimes she does fine but other times it takes forever and her movement seems inconsistent and it worries me! I am glad the MW decided to send you for an NTS as I hope this will relief your anxiety and worry and I hope baby is doing great and just taking it easy today. I am sorry you had trouble reaching YH tho and had to explain things to the receptionist meh. Let us know how things go when you have a chance!?

king26 great news re the substitute!! I am sorry babyboy is giving you anxiety on movement as well - tssk our lil ones giving us such stress and anxiety! I hope he will keep giving you some reassurance here and there and your appointment tomorrow will go great.
