I am at peace.
We got a fun win at CBP to end the season. Nick, one of my favs, got redemption from his brutal first half. Ranger pitched so well after a strange turn in him since June. Christopher really cemented himself in the rotation. Zach and Aaron were gems.
I’m cheering for the Padres because wtf to the Ohtani graphics saying how many batters until he’s up? No. I hate it.

Well that’s what happens when you peak in June, I guess. At least my stress level will be significantly reduced until April? Cheering for the Padres and Tigers from here. Hopefully I don’t also curse them with my fandom lol. Not having October stress is zero fun though. I don’t like being an early exit one bit. Things I also said in the late 90s losing to the Braves every single year. |

This Guardians game is tough to watch! We need to win this! We missed the beginning because my oldest had a field hockey game that started 15 mins before the game, but we got to listen to the second half of the game on the 2 hour ride home. What a roller coaster! Saturday is going to be nuts. |

Really need either the Tigers or Guardians to take down the Yankees and the Padres to win tonight. After that no preference. In other news I guess Will Smith isn’t getting a 4th ring this year. The Royals did look very overmatched but what a great year for them. |

Well, I’m out for the year. San Diego sports following its natural progression of build up followed by massive letdown. Zero runs in 24 innings was not the way I hoped we’d go out to my least favorite team in MLB. Best of luck to any team still in it that’s not the Dodgers.

Okay then. Big Guardians fan from here on out and I’m legitimately excited that Jose Ramirez will get some national attention. He deserves it. Sad for AJ Hinch though.
Rooting interest from here on out:
1. Guardians
2. Mets middle relief only (all former Astro’s)
3. Re-do the entire playoffs
4. Giant meteor
5. MLB to stop existing entirely
6. Yankees

I'm so fucking mad about that. Why Vogt decided to bring in Clase after he did the same thing against Detroit. We finally started putting runs on the board after stranding so many runners in games 1 & 2. Ughhh.
