I want to know who the Wasp & Bee are and just The moment when they bald faced lie to the Queen in front of Harry. "My printer wasn't working" Oh fuck you.

I feel like it's been said repeatedly that Meghan was obviously under a lot of wedding stress, especially with her father's antics, and grace is extended with that in mind.

I have to imagine royal weddings are stressful for everyone involved.
Peasant weddings are stressful for everyone involved.

I read differently but it’s no use in rehashing because we all are set. Im fine moving on to other parts of the book

I felt like I was reading the royals thread. I have whip lash over here. But I don’t think there was ever a wedding without some type of family drama involved or people snapping at each other. Like I was chill AF but I even succumbed to snapping at my poor aunt. I was stressed out.
I don’t see the excusing Kate over her part in this. I don’t see anyone excusing Meghan either. I don’t know what else needs to be said so that it isn’t pick one or the other one with this. they both sucked, but it happens with any family wedding.

I have never seen anyone here call M out for the wedding stuff.

I have never seen anyone here call M out for the wedding stuff. I mean no you didn’t necessarily call her out but you yourself said that it was possible Meghan was bitchy and have continued to say Kate was post partum and Meghan should have handled it. Again it wasn’t a call out nor do I think you are picking one over the other but TO ME it seems that Kate was getting a 🤷♀️ guy pass. I’ve established in my last how many posts we all read things differently and I don’t think anyone is wrong

Again I feel even Harry has given Kate a pass so I’m not saying it’s only here.
I think Kate is probably a lovely person. She has to be somehow or he wouldn’t have really talked about Kate in such a lovely light. So I’m not saying I hate Kate I just think she gets a pass a lot

Shall we go back to Harry’s frozen todger? Stealing Meghan’s laughing gas? What else can we go round and round about.

Has everyone in here read the book? I thought we left the main thread to give folks who weren’t interested a break.

Plenty of us called out the hormones crack and didn't just single Kate (or Meghan) out. I'm not quoting anyone but myself as folks can do their own research if they have that kind of time: (bolding for emphasis): " Both women mis-stepped with what happened pre-wedding and both acknowledged and apologized, which was a pretty decent outcome, all things considered." There's a heck of a lot more book to be discussed and angelashly was kind enough to make a separate thread to keep The Royals one relatively Spare-free and can we please move on?

I’m an effort to move on the boys each getting some of their mom’s hair after she passed was a lot right? For me it seemed like basically everything that happened right after she died was super fucked up. There was no hope for them to come out well adjusted being part of this family to begin with and then just being completely abandoned at boarding school immediately after their mother's tragic and very public death.

I’m an effort to move on the boys each getting some of their mom’s hair after she passed was a lot right? Yes. And them basically being shipped off to boarding schools what seemed like five seconds later was something. Not that Charles was equipped to handle their grief.

I’m an effort to move on the boys each getting some of their mom’s hair after she passed was a lot right? I think it was the most normal thing done after her death. Which says a lot about how much they mishandled that whole situation.

Reading about the part where Harry's best friend, Henners, died in a car accident, roughly five years later. That's just awful.

Yes! And the fact that they got up and went to church that day (which I get is important to them) and then were told to get out and a mini walk about The day they found out about their mom! My gosh

I have my blanket of his that is much better

And I’m assuming it was drinking and driving right It's not clear but it sounds like it. He was the passenger and they were only going twenty miles an hour when they slammed into a tree. This is a picture of Henners.
