I got my ass on the bike yesterday. I literally had one ride in March - what even happened.
Also ate better. Must keep it up (for two weeks until vacation week).

I must improve my diet. I have been eating lazy, available things and that has equaled too much processed food and it is being reflected in my skin and weight. Goal for April, fix it.

Sunday I got on the bike for 40 minutes after standing for most of the day to clean and pack things.
Yoga on Monday. It was punishment by vinyasa. So many presses. And that class is a hot flow.
Tonight I will get on the bike and also row.
The one benefit of going to work is that I don’t have snacks. And I pack fairly healthy food.

I did a 75 minute endurance ride on Sunday
Today was 30 minute hills and 10 minute arms and chest

It's been 2-3 days since I worked out. My plan is to get a workout in the afternoon/evening. Someone keep me motivated!

I didn't feel like digging through the on demand library for a workout today so ended up with a 30 minute fusion ride with one of my least favorite instructors. It was meh, but it's one now.

Yoga this morning then 45 minutes on the bike. It was rough after some time off,, but it is such a good workout. I should do it more often.

I think I am going to start another 90 day Bikini Body Mommy challenge, in addition to my walking and biking. Her courses do such a good job of an overall tone up, I'm too lazy to try to and figure out which moves I need on my own. I think her 5th one is my favorite, I have already done it twice so going with what I know.
I just booked a trip to Vegas and a trip to the Bahamas so my motivation level is very high to be in great shape by then, but also would like to feel good in a bathing suit for summer (both trips are in the fall).

I really enjoyed some of her stuff too. But it was just too much jumping for me. One of her seasons gave me plantar fasciitis so now I’m mad at her lol. Good luck with it! You got this hot stuff!

I got in a 25 min High intensity workout this morning. Thanks to MH for telling me to workout before he hopped on the Oculus.
