I did a BBM workout today.
I'm the sorest I've been in literal years. My smug ass thought my legs and butt would be just fine since I ride the bike so much. LOL. Nope. Actual leg workouts are not the same as riding the bike.

Zumba and body pump. I felt so strong in body pump today! Yay! Um, that's because you ARE strong 💪 Is Mr. TJ still on the bandwagon? So not strong. My neck injury and nerve issues have really messed up my upper body strength. But if the pain is never going to go away, might as well fight through it and build my muscles back up, right? Mr. TJ is still on the band wagon! I’m so proud of him!

I did a 20 min recovery ride, 10 min arms, and a BBM workout. And walked 3 miles.

So I did barre and yoga this morning. But I was late to barre and yoga was more stretchy and less work than usual today. So during my 1:00 meeting that i only have to listen to, not participate, I did a 45 min low impact ride on the bike. Yay me.

I didn't do any actual workouts yesteday but took the dog on a long walk last night.
Today I did a 30 minute Kendall punk ride and 2 BBM workouts.

No work out yesterday, but my Fitbit said I did 73 floors of stairs.
I think that was good enough.

I did a high intensity workout this morning and kinda hated it. I won't do that one again, but I am glad I worked out. Just annoyed that it wasn't fun

No official workout yesterday. But I cleaned my house top to bottom including mopping the walls and got 13,000 steps. I’m calling that a workout.

Short but intense lower-body focused workout today. And then S and I did a lot of heavy lifting today while moving furniture around. Then, we all took a walk as a family after dinner.
