I managed a short, high intensity workout yesterday and today. And a long-ish walk with the dog. My muscles are feeling it

Mon: 3 mile walk at work, 30 min on bike Tue: Zumba and body pump Wed: barre and yoga
Only lost 2 lbs this month. Frustrated by that. But I also know I have put on muscle and can see that my body is changing in a good way. But still, fuck that scale.

What the fuck. I had to stop weighing myself because I was getting hulky and wanting to just say screw it and eat my feelings.

I honestly couldn't say the last time I saw the number on the scale. Last summer maybe? I don't have one at home and don't look when I got to appointments. You're killing it tj and milano. Keep up the hard work!!!

The only thing that has ever kept me eating well was meal prep and physically going to work so that I was forced to eat what I brought with me.
It kind of works when I’m home.
I need to make better choices and avoid snacking

Sorry sorry I know the May KA is up. But I gotta finish out April yo.
Thur: walked 3.3 miles at work Fri: Zumba and yoga Sat and Sun: I rested. I think I really needed it. My body felt sore and exhausted. I was hangry so I ate a lot. I was cranky and starving and a mess. I’m still a mess but I feel better about it.
