Oh also, has anyone here gotten the Homecoming "hype kit" in the mail? I've been reading about members getting them on Reddit, but it seems like a random thing, or maybe only members who RSVP'd to Homecoming? I did RSVP weeks ago but I haven't gotten anything.

I know we were lamenting the lack of true descriptions in class descriptions on paloton workouts recently. It looks like a 60 minute PZE class of Olivia's dropped that wasn't supposed to because it's apparently a midpoint class for a new PZE program. So not only will there be a new program but the description included the actual workout break down! I'm hoping that become a norm for all classes going forward. Here's to hoping that's a new drop for Homecoming this weekend. Did you read about that in the Peloton Reddit? That's where I saw that, sounds like a new PZ program coming out, which make sense with Ben joining the PZ crew. Yes!

2nd shot last night. Did not sleep very well at all so I did not get up to workout. I will try to fit in a mile run after work. I am less than .5 miles from 50 for the month. lol.
I stepped on the scale. Will someone please just come to my house and take it away from me? +4 pounds for the month. I want to scream are you freaking kidding me? How? Why? My eating hasn't been that bad. Ugh. I have to let it go. I am already working on my new goals and I just need to keep moving forward. Without a scale.

I've missed check ins the past 10 days or so. Ending the month on a high-ish note. Beat March and Februarys workout time and calories but can't catch up to January. (wondering what the heck I did in January lol?? I think I went to some weekend classes bc I burned 1K more calories and +5 hours.) Our weekends have been too busy the past couple of months. Anyway, I've been good about going to Body Pump + cardio and even went yesterday when I only had a spare 30 minutes and hopped on the stair machine. I hope to check in more in May, I really enjoy the motivation and the healthy + yummy recipes! I think I've officially lost 2-3 pounds and I'm thrilled My legs and arms are looking much more toned. I wish I had a good pic to compare. TGIF! Wore this tank to the gym this am and had two people snap a pic. I don't know why it won't upload. Says "Gym & Tonic" Attachment Deleted

Maybe you’re thinking of me? I’m on base #3. I bumped a thread from April in the tread Facebook group yesterday to ask someone with a similar issue if their base swap fixed the problem. She PMed me and said the XPO delivery person told her off the record that she needs to ask for a whole new tread, not just a base, because they are “refurbing” the old bases and giving them back to people during base swaps so you could end up with another faulty one. When she pushed for a completely new tread, she got a good one. So maybe that’s what I need to do. Woah, shady. I don’t generally have anything against refurbishing things, for the record. I’d hate to think of something being wasted that could be used. But in this case it seems like whatever they’re doing isn’t working!

I needed extra sleep this morning, so I'm going to sneak away from work in a bit and do my active recovery. I go through waves lately of being ok with my body and generally loathing it, and I'm in loathe phase today. I think all the extra anxiety from water heater debacle, treadmill debacle, etc., is catching up.

The problem with SSBs is they are heavier than a standard bar, and with the weight distribution they don't slide in the hooks at all. So instead of a 45lb bar that would have moved with me, I hit an immovable 80lb bar.

The sun sapped all my energy yesterday. I had planned to run after the kids were in bed but by the time 7:30 came around I wasn’t feeling it and did some yoga instead. This has been the nicest April I can remember. Even though I’ve been really good about wearing and reapplying sunscreen, I’m super tan right now which never happens in April.

I'm so clumsy. No dizziness or anything like that, I hope! Oh I'm clumsy as fuck. I was setting up my pulleys for cable rows. I moved the weight stack where it needed to go (which is right by the rack) and caught it. The stereo at my gym has one of those glass doors and the guys leave it open all the time. If I go anywhere near it, I close it immediately. That's a disaster waiting to happen for me. No dizziness. I was tired as fuck after, but I think that was more from the crying. It's only sore on the scalp, nothing deeper. I had moved my Friday to yesterday and was going to do my heavy benching today, but we will see. I might move it to Sunday now. I didn't want to do that, but it might be a better idea.

I wish I could send it to you to see if I am crazy or not. I’m still annoyed about it. I tried to see if I could PM you my video but it looks like I can only send a photo. If you’re comfortable sharing your IG handle, I can send you the video there (I think?) but I totally understand if you aren’t comfortable. It’s kind of frustrating because on my phone speakers I can’t even hear the vibration. I have to play it through good headphones to hear it but in person it seems so loud.
I have IG to follow Peloton instructors and random celebrities since you now need a login to view. 😂

Ooh looks like the programs have been overhauled. So you can schedule it and see progress in the program. Plus program badges. on both bike/tread and app. new metric: strive score. Based on heart rate. how much time in each zone, will work on bike, tread, floor so that you can get credit off the bike. available on the bike/tread today and app soon. Will be able to preview the class layout before you take it now. Overhaul and relaunch of scenic content, they are showing videos of like wilpers on an actual bike biking beside you . better music on there. 3 types of scenic rides: 1. Guided scenic, instructor with you on the scenic ride 2. distance based - continuous cinematic based on a specific distance 3. time based - the music will rotate so if you take it several times it will be new music each time. THE PAUSE BUTTON IS COMING

I have worked out before work ALL 5 DAYS this week. The last time I did that was right before I got pregnant with my oldest (over ten years ago). Oof.
And I caught up on the thread and I keep thinking I'm kind of young and NO. '92 was a great year for Umbros, 90210, Melrose Place, and getting to turn on the radio in my room once I finished all my homework.

Did my first live ride today. 30 minute 80s ride with Jenn. I was squarely in the bottom 200 of the leaderboard but, I PRd by 22 from my previous 30 minute ride.
Tonight is a pizza, beer and jazz festival and I'm not sure which one of those things I'm looking the most forward to.

I could feel that barre workout this morning in my thighs! I took it pretty easy today and did the 20 minute funk ride with Sam Yo and a 10 minute core with Andy. Plus a 3 mile walk. Looking forward to a longish run this weekend.
