200 plank jacks this morning. Two. Hundred. Plank jacks.
I also hate that I feel like less of a runner for slowing down my pace to adapt to outside running. I need to stop looking at paces in my running groups but it's hard to avoid.

Ugh, I have no idea anymore...I sent them a video and they said it seems normal, but that the noise is some vibration in the deck that can be serviced.
"From what we can tell, it does sound like normal Tread+ noise. There is a noise that may be related to the movement/vibration of the deck, which we can have rectified in a service visit."
So now I am waiting for that...lovely. I honestly hope that is all, but I am doubtful. It does not sound normal to me, but I'll wait to use it to see if I notice it being worse.
I have such a migraine too and this definitely isn't helping. The XPO guys were very nice though and did their best, so I made sure to tip them well. It's not their fault Peloton sucks azzz lately.
I saw an XPO truck on my way to pick up DD from school, and I (in my head) cursed at them for being useless, so I'm happy to hear they did something well! I spit on their name. SPIT. I did get a message from them yesterday that they have my new delivery info, so at least the woman at NordicTrack kept her word to expedite the shipping process. Now it's back on the new carrier and then back to XPO. SPIT.

So frustrating! I have heard that the new ones with the new material for the bearings do sound louder but the tread Facebook group seems to think any vibration should be constant, not intermittent. I'm hoping with yours they can recalibrate it to make it work for you. I wish I could send it to you to see if I am crazy or not. I’m still annoyed about it.

30 min intervals and arms ride with Jess 5 min cool down with Emma 10 min full body stretch with Ben That was my first arms ride and I really liked that format! The only problem is my bike is kind of tucked in an alcove so I don’t have full range of motion of my arms. I think we need to pull it out a couple of feet. Afterwards I took my son on what we call a “nap walk”. He basically will not nap now unless he falls asleep in the stroller first. Then you have a window of time in which to transfer him onto the couch or he’ll wake up when you move him. So he fell asleep when I was at the low point of my route and I had to haul it up the big hill to get home within the window. It’s insane what those of us with bad sleepers do. 😅 I’m so glad the baby is a decent sleeper because I’m pretty sure the 3 year old will be sleeping with me into elementary school. Oh wow, this was my eldest. I used to plan for walks in the stroller around naptime, and then beeline back to the house once she was asleep and park the stroller, haha. I seriously just had flashbacks. If it makes you feel better, she's nine now and sleeps just fine, albeit with approximately 100 different stuffed animals every night.

This morning: 20 minute pop ride with Jess 20 minute barre with Hannah
The dog is getting increasingly nosy when I am doing floor work, even when it's super early. I was trying to do whatever butt lift Hannah was leading and he proceeded to sit on my opposite leg.

willow I am so sorry for your loss. 45 minute PZE this morning for me. Glad I got up and did it. My motivation is somewhat starting to come back too. I really need to get a handle on the eating piece though, I've just been feeling like crap from not cooking!

Hello all!
I ran 2 miles before work and then did a 20 minute full body strength workout with robin. Both of those felt good!
I haven’t been biking much lately because it’s in my bedroom and would be too loud in the mornings, which is my preferred workout time while going into work. I’m going to keep it there through summer break and then move it downstairs before the start of the next school year. For now, my two mile runs serve as a decent cardio while adjusting to the early mornings.

I nope right out of groups that increase me anxiety for any reason.

Good morning. I did Matty’s 45 minute Broadway run this morning, which was a blast. He’s adorable. I’m still in recovery mode so I took it easy and got 4 miles. I also did a 10 minute hip yoga with Aditi and man, I needed that. It was great.

Yesterday:
20 minute Latin ride with Jess K 10 minute HIIT cardio with Jess S 10 minute core with Andy 20 minute full body fit test with Robin
So this is the fit test that HCOF had us do twice in February. And I did not get in any more rounds this time than I did two months ago....and then I realized I did the forward lunges double count instead of single, D'OH. But I did do three rounds of traditional pushups, and last time I was only able to do one before I had to scale down to my knees!
Planning on doing Hannah C's Vinyl Vault ride from this morning later in the day, and the HCOF pilates and yoga stack. The weather is gorgeous here, maybe a walk if work allows, but it's CRAZY busy.

I had a bad migraine all day yesterday so all I did was a 5 min yoga class. I'm going to have to get on the tread today to see how it actually feels and sounds while I'm using it.

notexactly I am getting really nervous about our Tread delivery next week! Your experience has been terrible! Is it weird that I still love that stupid tread? I enjoy it more than the bike. I hope your delivery goes smoothly. Usually they do, that part is easy, but I think the base itself has been a huge hit or miss since basically the very introduction of the tread.

I got the HCOTF leg day done (skipping the recovery day this week). The 20 min 100 squat workout with Chase, 10 min glutes and legs w/ Adrian (went up to 50 lbs for deadlifts which is probably not that impressive but felt challenging to me!), 10 min core with Matty (I subbed out the Selena one because I hated it last time), and a fun 20 min 80s ride with Robin.
B - English muffin, turkey bacon, fruit L - leftover grilled fish & watermelon salsa w/ rice and veg D - spicy pineapple chicken sandwiches S - ?

That doesn't sound too reassuring haha. I'm sorry. I wish they would test these better before sending them out to customers. You really can't know how it runs until it's all assembled and hooked up, and then you're stuck waiting for service for months.

But you've had what, four at this point? And they've all been lemons? That does not inspire confidence! I'm glad you still love it, though. I'm really looking forward to adding running to my routine, my body is ready for a change. (I know I could have been running outside this whole time, but I'm a.) not confident enough to do it in public and b.) have weak ankles that I have rolled repeatedly over the years and I really don't like running on the sidewalk or street.)

No, I think you're confusing me with someone else. This was my first base swap.
Or maybe you're thinking of four rescheduled deliveries I dealt with when I first purchased it lol.

FWIW, we’ve had our tread for just over 2 years and have had zero problems with it. I use it just about every day and DH uses it several days a week, so it gets a lot of use. We love it.

I woke up feeling tight and stiff around my hips, so I did that first thing, enjoyed my coffee while checking in on work, and then ran a 5k. It was not my best or worst, but I was happy to be outside, and even happier to not have to deal with putting my mask on and off as I crossed paths with other people!

20 minute 90s ride with Robin. I died a little when she said that in 1992 She was wearing jellies and making friendship bracelets. I was in my second year of college and working full-time.
This afternoon I want to get in an upper body workout and some serious lower body stretching.
