Have a piece of fruit. There’s no reason to torture yourself. Normally something like that would be my snack. Can't fit it today. It's all good, I'll pump water. Got my second shot this morning anyway, so I need it. Please take it easy today and eat if you need it.

sweetp, our dog is an escape artist too. The week we had her home, I put her in a crate while our house keeper was working and when I got home she was asleep on the couch, crate still locked. My house keeper said she was making a lot of noise, so she let her out of my husbands office because she thought she might need to potty, but she wasn’t in the crate by the time she got to her. Then she wouldn’t even go back in the office 🤦♀️

I got tired of sweaty legs at the gym and in a moment of FUCK YEAH I bought those double take booty shorts from Born Primitive for lifting. I bought booty shorts and I might actually wear them out in public...file under things I never thought i would say!! I like them! ETA gratuitous pic of my ass. PDQ please be kind lol

You look amazing and so strong calendula! Love those shorts! Thank you!! It remains to be seen whether my crotch eats them when I move around. I definitely do not have a thigh gap so I’m not convinced but they are really comfy from what I can tell. The material is super soft.

sweetp, she's precious! And we went the goldendoodle puppy route last year and I completely regretted it the first month. He's enormous now (bigger than what they estimated) and still a doofus, but we can't imagine life without him.

I would say PMS made me eat too many Nutter Butter sandwich cookies today, but I'll take full responsibility. They're too good. Other than that lol my food has been fine today. We made honey dijon chicken with brussels sprouts and sweet potatoes for dinner. Even my kids ate it! And I got a solid workout in.
-40min of yoga for creativity with YWA -20min recovery ride with Christine -5min upper body stretch with Ben -5min lower body stretch with Andy

Did 15 min on the Peloton, followed by the 10 min core and 10 min barre classes from the HCOTF calendar. I was going to do a 10 min glutes and legs too but shit hit the fan with the kids, so I stopped.
Food was good today, but I've eaten a bit over on my calories. I've felt like a bottomless pit today, so I figured going a little over with carefully planned snacks was better than stuffing things in my face tonight after the kids go to bed. Which will still be a huge urge.

Whew, it’s been awhile. Last week’s crazy late work nights + solo parenting basically had me in survival mode, I didn’t work out Monday through Friday 🤦♀️ I hoped back in to it on Saturday and I took PTO at work this whole week so I’m planning to end the month strong. No drop on the scale recently but I seem to be steady maintaining, and I’m really trying to focus on other positives, not just the scale. 10 min core w/ Matty 20 min glutes & legs w/ Jess Sims 30 min hip hop ride w/ Jess King (my first class with her, loved her!) 10 min full body stretch w/ Adrian

Did my century ride today! Unfortunately I couldn’t fit a live ride in, but I still had fun doing Hannah’s 30 min Turn It Up on demand. I’m proud of myself for hitting this goal, wouldn’t have been something that crossed my mind 6 months ago.

Today my 3 year old decided he wanted to ride a big kid bike so I spent much of the afternoon jogging around after him trying to spot him. My glutes have been sore today so I did a 20 min glutes focus flow after the kids were in bed and it was just what I needed. I’m also trying some CBD salve on my feet and they’re very happy right now.

A shitty as last week was is how good tonight was. I thought we were headed for ahit again because I was having trouble with my suit because it was hot and I was sweaty. But got it on and sets went well- worked up to 440 for an easy-ish set of 3. Then some bench and accessory work.

I made myself a 30 minute ride by stacking 15 minute 90s country with Hannah C and 15 minute HIIT with Jess K (her most recent) and it was PERFECT for what I needed today.
The rest of the HCOF stack was ass-tastic, I will be feeling that tomorrow, I am sure.

I fit in a 20 min run yesterday; Matty's hip hop run from that morning. First; Matty and hip hop made me laugh and he mentions it right at the beginning so i had to laugh again. Other than that, i ran like a slow heavy cow. Damn the past week caught up to me.
Today: 5 min pre run warm up with Adrian 3.24.21 20 min HIIT run with Wilpers 4.11.19 10 min Arms & Shoulders strength with Speers 4.15.21 5 min core with Selena 4.14.21. I was dripping sweat and i feel fantastic.
Food: B: egg, egg white, jerk chicken, cheese and sour cream in a tort S: mandarins L: deli chef salad D: grilled chicken, broccoli and fries.

The dog decided to wake up early too and get in on the action during the pushups and ended up stealing my socks. So much for the house being quiet at that hour!

4 mi run on 5 hours of sleep. Grounds in my coffee. One of those kinds of days!
Thanks for the love on my new shorts, guys! I'm loving this reverse dieting thing (up to 1900 cal a day now) and sometimes can't believe this body is mine. I've come a long way.

Yesterday was a total rest day. Today I did a 20 minute rock run with Matty (I jogged most of it and skipped all fast runs/sprints), a 10 minute abs with Matty and a 10 minute arms with Andy.
I’m going to try to switch my focus to the HCOTF calendar for the next couple of months. I’m hoping the loss of mileage won’t make me too anxious but I’d like to work on overall fitness for awhile and see what happens. I have another half marathon in September so I’ll have to switch back to a focus on mileage by mid-summer but hopefully I like this experiment until then.
