I did a late night workout last night and I'm still here pushing along. My tread base swap is supposed to be this Wednesday. Let's hope they come and that the new base isn't faulty.

And I also just remembered that I can't even phone it in with takeout for dinner tonight because I accidently ordered 4 Hello Fresh meals for this week, even though we're out two of the nights this week for sports. I want to cry. OMG, I hate when I forget to cancel on a week I don't have time. Sometimes I will eat whatever for dinner, then make the meal to have as leftovers. I know some of them don't carry over to the next day very well though.

aww sweetp, such an adorable pup! I have one husky that can get out of a crate without the door opening. I saw her do it once and she basically stuck her ass to the bottom right hand part of the door and was able to push it out enough to wiggle through while the door was still done up (the latch is in the middle of the door). lol.

We had a Rottie that literally pulled two of the bars off the door of her crate, then somehow squeezed her (fully grown) ass out.

Hello! Had a very sweaty cardio day this morning. I accidentally paused my workout on my watch 10 minutes in so I was irrationally irritated about that. Hoping I get some energy back soon!
Pork chops with apples, Brussels, and mashed potatoes for dinner. Mmmm.

I think that's what she did. There are 3 latches that set down over the wires and I think she shook the door enough that the bottom latch came unhooked and she squeezed out. H is all "well! I guess we're done with crate training!" Sorry H, not happening.

I haven’t caught up with the thread, and I haven’t been posting. It’s been a rough month, but I’ve done well with meditating, foam rolling, physical therapy, and electrolytes. Hopefully I’m headed towards getting back on track.

Hey hey. Haven't gotten a chance to post since Thursday.
Friday, I did the HCOTF arms stack that was supposed to be for Saturday. Sat/Sun I did not work out, since I went to Pittsburgh for a girls night, which was very fun and much needed. We did do some walking at least. I ate a lot of yummy food for the 24 hours I was gone including Mexican for lunch, fried burrata pasta for dinner, and an amazing breakfast sandwich with bacon, cheese, and pepper aioli at brunch the next day. Plus cocktails at every meal lol. I don't care, it was great. I felt good about myself in my clothes while we were out and about, so that was a nice change for once.
H and I ordered Chinese last night since I got home late afternoon and didn't want to meal plan, but we did just stick to one meal to share so that we wouldn't have leftovers (except for soup).
Back on track today. 20 min glutes and legs with Selena, 10 min barre with Hannah, 10 min core with Matty, and I did Emma's recent 20 min classic rock ride.
B - toast with PB L - hot and sour soup D - strawberry balsamic chicken + side salad S - probably back to the old chocolate hummus lol
We're supposed to have a couple 80 degree days this week and I'm going to struggle trying to not have a drink or two on the porch lol. It may need to happen.

Hello! Misty gloomy day today, perfect for a run. It was my 150th run (and it’s my birthday!) so I went with Chase’s most recent 30 minute Pop Punk Run. It was as super fun as his other ones are. Finished up with some PT hip strengthening and stretching.
Now a day of laziness and later, Hawaiian takeout and brownie ice cream sundaes!

Weekends are for tread boot camps - Saturday I did a 30 minute 80s boot camp and hauled a bunch of sand from our driveway to our sandbox. Sunday I did a 45 minute 90s boot camp that totally kicked my butt. My assistant called out sick today so I decided to work from home and snuck in a 30 minute run with the dog before starting work. I need to muster the energy to do some strength this afternoon.
AM Snack: Dried coconut and a couple handfuls of M&Ms B: Yogurt w granola L: Salad w rotisserie chicken on top D: Leftover tuna noodle casserole (the SkinnyTaste recipe someone posted a week or two ago in the Confessions thread - there's nothing Skinny about it except maybe using low fat milk in the sauce?)

Good weekend - 5k with the family Saturday, friends were in from out of town and joined us on our Sunday hike to the beach, and then we had tacos and drinks with our pod last night. Balance!
I biked DD to school this morning, and then ran a bit over 4 miles (30 min outdoor HIIT with Matty, then 15 minutes steady state). Will probably do pickup on bike, too (unless H comes home early from work). I wish our pool was not on a sign up basis right now - I want to go sit in the hot tub, but I don't want to walk over and check what's available.

45 minute mixtape with Jenn Sherman 15 minute arms and shoulder with Adrian
The mixtape ride was wedding themed and The Knot was mentioned. It was very wow worlds collide for me, lol. The ride was ok. The arms were hard. I love Adrian though. He’s quickly becoming a favorite!

Congratulations caer on the race. I just found out one of my favorite races is going to be back in person this year, but the weekend conflicts with a weekend we need to be out of town for a family function which is disappointing. willow, I'm sorry about your grandfather. Today I did a 5-minute warm-up with Jess King and then a 20 minute beginner ride with Cody and finished with a 5-minute post-ride stretch with Robin. I definitely made a breakthrough on the bike. I've been having terrible right quad pain within the first 45 seconds of riding. I took two of Matt's 10 minute classes this weekend which focus a lot on form and I realized my right foot was all jacked up. So today I made a point of making sure it was in the correct position and was able to get through the whole ride with no pain.

I took the whole weekend off and honestly it was really nice. I needed it for my mental health I think. Back to it today.
5 min warm up ride with Cody 30 min Verzuz ride with Jess K (Timbaland/Swizz Beats) 5 min cool down with Hannah F
Oh man, the Verzuz ride was so good. The whole playlist was on fire and so much fun. Highly recommend.

30 minute endurance run with Becs (3 miles) 30 minute verzuz strength with Selena
Playlist on that Verzuz workout was 🔥 I took the run pretty easy and it was really nice. I've been neglecting steady state work lately. I could have done it faster, but I stuck with a marathon PR pace and it felt delightful.
I need to stretch tonight. I've noticed the sleep deprivation seems to be affecting my recovery and I'm staying sore longer, but stretching and foam rolling helps a lot, so I need to do that tonight. I've got a 5 minute post ride stretch and 15 minute full body one stacked up to go.
Food is back on point today.
Protein bars Overnight oats and berries Nutrigrain bar Chicken and veggie tikka masala with brown rice Chicken salad Greek yogurt
