Oh my gosh, I did the 20 min full body workout with Jess from the HCOTF calendar and my legs are absolute jello. I am already dreading my run tomorrow because I know how much more sore I will be by then.
Another excellent food day with everything tracked. I’ve managed to break the Easter candy habit AND my evening boredom snacking so I’m feeling good about that.

Hope your stomach bug is over quickly, GhoatMonket ! I had a limited time to workout this morning before preschool pickup so I could only do a 20 min ride. I don't know how, but I managed to surpass my last PR by 21 points. I wish I knew where I drew all this energy from so I could harness it at other times. 20 min pop ride with Leanne 5 min cooldown ride with Alex 5 min lower body stretch with Ben. I also managed to get a walk in and assembled a 2-tier water table which came with an extra part and didn't have any of the holes for the screws predrilled. It was as much a workout for my arms as my brain trying to figure out where that extra part was supposed to go. It was on the inventory list and in the directions but the piece it was supposed to attach to didn't look the same. *waves fist at Step2*

Thank you! It (sort of) subsided enough that I was able to get a 20 minute yoga class in, at least. So that’s something!

20 min full body strength with Jess 10 min core with Robin 10 min g&l stretch with Chase
My H will be camping all weekend so I'm reworking my running days a bit. Looks like it'll be a long run on the tread while the kids watch a movie or something. Yuck. I'll have to stack some entertaining classes to power through that.

Work has been so busy this week, I've really been enjoying working out at the end of the day to release all that stress! It's so good.
30 minute dancehall ride with Hannah F (SO GOOD) 10 minute core with Robin 10 minute HIIT cardio with Andy (I absolutely HATED this - asking me to do cardio moves while balancing on one leg? I spent most of the time regaining my balance and didn't feel I worked at all) 20 minute full body with Jess (loved this, great workout! Jess is my fave for full body)
Our new "gym" space is finished so I moved all my yoga stuff over there tonight, I'll do tomorrow's recovery day HCOF stack over there and take pics! I'm getting my first shot tomorrow (Pfizer) so I'm happy it's coinciding with a gentle workout day.

I forced myself out of bed and did a 20 min walk+run with robn - it was an old one. music was on point and i was jamming a ton. finished the walk off with a 5 min meditation.
food was better yesterday; still won't be great today but i am telling myself that's ok and i am enjoying what i am eating. this cycle is kicking my butt.

Thanks lunarscallion. I don't even think it was a bug, just a combo of period cramps and increased raw veggies yesterday.

I went to bed with a migraine and intestinal flare last night, so I took an unplanned sloth day today. Not working out still ramps my anxiety, I need that adrenaline flush. Anyway, I won't get an active recovery day this week because I will do today's run tomorrow to stay on plan, but I'm ok with that part.

I think I might have just had one of the best workouts of my life this morning. I just have a brag a sec because I am feeling a little emotional/amazed that I have been able to accomplish this:
-600th ride plus a shout out from Ally (I did her 8am 45min 80s ride this morning...really good tough ride!) -45min PR (558 output) -finished in top 5% (121 out of 2500+)
A few years ago I would have never imagined I could do that kind of ride with those kind of results. I'm forever thankful for discovering a love of weight trainings plus the Peloton.

Hello!
I got my workout done early today and I’m feeling good. I did a 20 min full body strength with Ben and then a 2 mile run outside. I’m hoping for a walk at some point too.

I got some caffeine in that I didn't get yesterday, and the headache has mostly dulled, so I'm hoping I can at least fit my run this afternoon. Won't have time for the second workout but I can do that tomorrow.

Damn anxiety ramps up when I don't exercise, it's like I get some rush of unused adrenaline. Stupid body. Let me sloth.

H is back in town so CF this morning:
21 110# back squats (from ground) 40 Hand-release push ups 15 BS 30 HRPU 9 BS 20 HRPU
The "+" weight was 130#, but I want to be able to walk tomorrow so no thank you.
I'm starving today, so I ate my lunch at 11. Now I need to decide what I'm having for second lunch in a few hours. Oops.

pearbear Wow that is an awesome PR! Serious #goals right there. I checked out the playlist for that ride since I am very picky about what 80s music I like and it looks like a great playlist. Although I'm raising an eyebrow at Purple Haze being in an 80s ride because that song is solidly from the 60s, lol.

I am not sure what was up with Purple Haze...maybe there was a remake in the 80s or something? I was dying by that part of the ride, so she might have explained it and I missed it.

Haha possibly, though Jimi Hendrix was dead a full decade before the 80s even started so it would have been a posthumous remake, ha. I was raised on Hendrix, Zeppelin and Prince lol.

Depending on my situation at home with MIL when I get out of work, I may be joining you both. TBD.

Walked the girls to school again today - it really is a nice start to our day. I'm going to do virtual yoga through work...it will be my 3rd or 4th session and I think I am enjoying it. I never pick the 1 hour videos if I am doing it on my own; but it is nice to have a real instructor encouraging us.
AM Snack: Dried coconut B: Yogurt w granola L: Salad w pineapple sausage D: Baked potato w shrimp and corn on the cob
