Hey ladies. I successfully completed my first Whole30 but I'm going to start a second round September 1st. Right before the holidays.
If anyone else feels like starting too, let's revitalize this thread!

Pretty good. I'm desperately waiting for the Tiger Blood. I'm so tired everyday. Most of the first week was easy. It's starting to get harder. I'm getting bored and I'm missing cheese, chocolate, and wine. But I can tell I'm losing weight and I can eat much smaller portion sizes than before. So I'd say it's working.

I didn't have tiger blood like I expected. I didn't have extra energy where I felt like Jumping out of my skin, but what actually happened is I stopped getting tired. I didn't take naps with my daughter anymore, my house was spotless and organized. But then I reintroduced sugar after 40 days and went downhill. Dang it.

But I'm doing it! Awesome! I think day 15 ish I realized that things were easier. I did stop craving most bad food except ice cream. I never stopped craving that haha. I hope you get the energy. Hi, ladies. I'm starting a W30 on Monday so I'll probably come back here. I did a w21 last year and wasn't a fan (I gained 6 lbs that I still haven't lost and felt like shit the whole time) but I'm going to try again and do things a little differently, hopefully with better results.
