Day 5- I think a shift has happened. My normal breakfast (which I've been eating for a month) tasted so decadent and creamy. I'm making blueberry muffins for the kids and am not tempted at all. I do feel hung over, though
B-same old same old, leftover kid fruit too L- thinking chicken on a spinach salad with nuts, strawberries and a soft boiled egg D- burgers that we didn't have last night.

@rosegold I'm going to a wine festival with girlfriends today. I've been looking forward to it for months. I told myself before I started that I'm going to allow myself 3 glasses of wine and not eat any food. If I go over the three then I'll start back at day 1 but those are my modified W30 rules that I came up with before I started! It's all in what you make it! I did however order a medium iced black coffee at McDonald's this morning and took one sip and it tasted like pure sugar. So annoyed. I was already on the interstate so I couldn't get a new one so no coffee for me today I'm not sure how much they put in there but I can definitely tell my taste buds have gotten more sensitive the past 12 days.

I survived my wine festival this weekend! Only had two glasses of wine and did not eat at all while I was there. R1D14 today. Breakfast: Eggs with arugula and chicken sausage Lunch: Bacon wrapped pineapple burgers (96% lean ground beef in patty form, slice of fresh pineapple, wrapped in 1 piece of pedersons bacon and topped with the following "glaze": 3 tbsp coconut amionos, 1 clove of garlic chopped, 1/2 tsp fresh ginger & a few dashes of franks hot sauce) Grill & baste until cooked to liking. Plus roasted onions and potatoes and fresh tomatoes. Dinner: Have the below beef stew in the crock pot for dinner tonight. I added some bay leaves and a tbsp of coconut aminos as well. www.onelovelylife.com/slow-cooker-beef-stew/

- Tiger blood kicked in yesterday, I feel prettttttty awesome. My H is doing this with me, he is going paleo because..... tortilla chips. He is down 6 lbs so far.
Today: - normal b fast, I added a nectarine, because I fucking love nectarines - Lunch- Leftover salad, green beans, potatoes and flank steak in a chimichurri sauce -dinner- zoodles with spaghetti and Italian sausage, caprese salad.

I'm starting today because last week was my Birthday.
Breakfast - bacon, bell pepper and spinach frittata
Lunch - jar salad with mixed veggies and chicken
Dinner - ground turkey taco salad.
I am still BF, so snacks are a must. I'll probably take either half of an avocado, some nuts or a protein shake to work this afternoon.
This is my 4th one and I know that to be successful, I can't be 100% compliant or else I'll give up. So I do my best with things like bacon ingredients and I do allow myself a square of dairy free dark chocolate at night if I'm craving sweets.

Day 16
Breakfast is chicken sausage, sauteed squash and a half an apple with almond butter
I have lunch out with my boss today. I chose Whole Foods because I figured I could at least get a salad with oil and vinegar if they didn't have anything I could eat at their hot bar.
Dinner will be easy - applegate turkey dogs, sauteed beet noodles with balsamic and pesto and a half an avocado. DH is out of town so I need easy tonight.

My weekend was a disaster so I restarted yesterday. Im in a better mindset now I think.
I'm having my usual for breakfast and lunch. I think we are grilling fish for dinner.

Day 17. More than halfway done! I was in a rush for breakfast so I had a compliant larabar and a banana. Oh well. Lunch is pineapple bacon burger, roasted onions and beets and arugula. Dinner is in the crockpot - Skinnytaste Picadillo. Will serve over cauliflower rice with a side salad. Today I really missed my coffee creamer

Today is a hard day. I don't know if it's the weather, my crazy morning or what. Today is rough, and I really really want a cupcake. Sigh. Oh, but I did find my cloth measure tape, so I got some measurements today!
- Spinach, zucchini and bacon fritatta, one nectarine - Avocado chicken salad - Dinner at my mom's, so who knows.
- Black coffee, water, and some nuts

Day 18
Had my same old eggs arugula and chicken sausage. I might try that in a scramble next week with some bacon.. Lunch is the same burger and onions. Dinner is beef stew in the crockpot.
Crazy to think I only have 12 more days + reintroduction. I feel like the reintroduction period will be harder than the actual Whole 30.

Hey! Can I go here? I was on TB and TCF in my BMB (O14). I'm on day 4 of my first round. My husband is doing it with me. Breakfast was two eggs with spinach. Day 12- I gave myself a little cheat day yesterday. I feel AWFUL today. Moral of the story: I can't hack sugar anymore.

Day 22. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel!
I need to make my breakfasts for the week tonight so today its just an RX bar and a banana.
Lunch is slow cooker buffalo chicken, steamed green beans and a nectarine.
Dinner is smoked pulled pork from costco. I can't wait to try it out! Also broccoli and smashed potatoes.

@rosegold Your salmon dinner sounds amamzing! I love brussel sprouts Peekaru Um that is one gourmet lunch. Sounds incredible. Also your post reminded me..I went to the doctor this morning and had to get weighed and have lost 10 lbs. so far! I knew my clothes were fitting better but that is more than I expected!!

pivot, it's just left overs from dinner. My mom and I both like to cook, so we just wander the interwebs until something strikes our fancy. And then I eat it for lunch the next day. Seems fancy, but is lazy.

I got the invitation today for my birthday celebration at work & they planned it for the day that I'm reintroducing dairy. When she asked me what I wanted to eat /my theme of choice I told her I wanted an ice cream social. I'm way too excited about this.
6 more dayssss. And 14 days until ice cream 🍦
