Morning!
I've hopefully got 2 ppl coming by today, one to look at front door situation and one to discuss built-ins. That is the hardest/most annoying part of all this (IMO)...trying to get names of (good) vendors!
Also, random, but has anyone had any luck at getting scratches out of stainless steel? The appliances in this house are less than 2 years old but I noticed when the light hits the fridge door *just* right there are some scratches, probably from magnets. Grr. I can order a new door, worst case, but if I can do something myself that would be ideal. There is a kit on Amazon but the reviews are extreme...some people love it, others said it's worthless.

I'm so glad it's Friday. As much as I love vacation, the workload following almost makes it not worth it. Yesterday was a shit show, I was so brain dead by the end of the day, I've never been so happy to log off. It's a good thing I'm WFH, I'm pretty sure I would have told someone to fuck off yesterday if I was in the office. klong11 have you seen the LOL Surprise subscription boxes? They're sent quarterly, one is coming out in July. I just signed up for 1 year of them to be sent. Hopefully they don't suck too bad. Firework tents open here this weekend, I told H when him and E go, I'm going to the liquor store. We unboxed everything last night and I can't believe how much shit there is already. We only have 3 nights to shoot fireworks, there is no way he can do all this in that time. My niece's HS graduation party is tomorrow. I'm going to check in with my SIL and make sure she's still cool with us coming. E and I have been home all week with no symptoms, we should self quarantine for 2 weeks. If we still go, I think we will just make a point to stand away from everyone, stay outside even, and not stay long.  |

Morning. I slept between 3-4 hours last night because of the heat and mosquitoes 🤦🏼♀️. The kids are staying at my parents tonight, both my parents and the kids where so exited, it’s adorable. Dh and I are going out to dinner, since we have outside seating, hopefully the rain and thunder won’t start until after we’re finished.

My milk is in so my boobs are hard as a rock, she’s definitely getting enough to eat now. We have her first check up in a few hours. She’s a little yellow looking still but I assume he won’t make her get lab work. |

Morning! trtlcrzy hope you and baby V are doing well! Today is mine and DHs 10 yr anniversary! We took off work and are planning to go to a winery or two later this afternoon, and then go to dinner for the first time since early March. Far cry from our original plan of a trip to Paris but I'm excited just the same  peachsmama I think it's your anniversary too right? Yes! 9 years for us this year. Happy Anniversary, anniversary twin! We're going to go to dinner next weekend since this weekend is already full. |

L woke up warm again this morning and has a slight runny nose now. I’m thinking it could be an ear infection so I have a call into the pedi. Hopefully they can get him in today. I’ll leave the other two at my parents until after i take him in.
Trying to distract him with Mickey Mouse clubhouse but it’s not working. The one time I wish he was more interested in the tv...

TGIF. My first week back in the office and it's been draining. I get so much less sleep than when I WFH. Luckily Fridays are usually quiet around there. I scheduled a massage at lunch time. First time in months. 💆♀️

Pretty much everyone tried to talk us out of getting married. My dad offered me 5 thousand dollars to postpone. The engraving on my engagement ring says "to proving them wrong" I remember thinking that everyone was absolutely crazy for not seeing how in love and perfect we were together. And I was right 😁 |

I'm at work. I'm so tired. I would rather be offsite finishing up, but it is what it is. They apparently want to see my face every once in awhile.
Starting the 1st we go down to part time. OM sent out an email requesting that those hours be done in office. I replied with, "I can't guarantee in office hours until I'm done offsite." She didn't reply back.

Currently playing ‘Princess Mall’...I man the toy cash register and ooh and ahh over C’s purchases. She is currently accessorizing her “ball gowns” (her words) with bows and jewelry. I’m throwing out ridiculous prices and she’s cool with it all. Hope I get paid on commission!

Hi! Not sure if I ever checked in yesterday. We had a good, but long day. We rented bikes at a park, but didn’t get to do the canoe. The boys enjoyed it. I found out they had a Pottery Barn outlet so I made a pit stop and got some curtains for the master bedroom. They work so I’m excited to put them up this weekend.
After work today I have to go to sign everything and schedule the date for kitchen. She said they were into mid July, so I still have a while to wait, but at least the hard part will be over.

That’s great that you can finalize the kitchen stuff lahdeedah, can’t wait to see what you choose and how it all turns out. Eta: and yes, even with my background I feel like I am out of my element a bit on some of this renovation stuff! The legwork is the least enjoyable part. |
