Good stuff. I have both cleansers and the Mizon on my list. I’m about to start listening to a few of the podcasts mentioned since I’m basically done at work and it’s only 11am. Let me know if I need to add anything to my amazon list. Lol.

Morning all.
It was another busy weekend and MH left yesterday for 3 weeks on a course. The kids were good yesterday, B had a birthday party in the afternoon and this morning went ok, it was so nice to starfish in bed without snoring!

I started the day reading the GD thread about lunch programs, not a great decision. Yikes.

Good luck lfig! I hope you find something. Happy belated birthday jewels! Kids are at school. I want to get some cleaning done this morning but for now I'm enjoying the quiet and reading. I have a massage scheduled for this afternoon.

At home with the girl. It's a teacher in-service day or some shit. She has made plans to go to the park and she has dance class later. Other than that we're not doing anything. I feel like there are so many random days off. Our before/after care thankfully covers all half/full days except actual holidays. Josie has a good number of early dismissal and late opening days to account for professional development. And the PTO tries to schedule activities in those off hours to help working parents/bored children. She had one last Tuesday and the PTO offered a movie and pizza in the cafeteria for ten dollars.

I started the day reading the GD thread about lunch programs, not a great decision. Yikes. What happened in there? I read the first few posts and they were fine but I thought it had the capacity to go bad pretty quickly.

Fingers crossed you can find something to help defray costs lfig. I’ll ask my sister (SLP) if she’s aware of any resources that are not income-based. Thanks! I appreciate it!

lfig, that isn’t something the school district would fund for S? No they said they don’t provide funding for that.

I feel like there are so many random days off. Our before/after care thankfully covers all half/full days except actual holidays. Ours does this for most of them, but she would have had to go to a different location today and I wasn't comfortable with that. I wouldn't have either. Actually for the one coming up in Oct they are doing a pumpkin patch field trip, which is the only option. I am a bit anxious about it, but he's excited.

Mh got the kids out to school and he is now at Costco..we were super low on groceries. I've done the dishes and now lounging on the couch. My college gf is being induced today, so waiting for updates from her. That's great! How long does your H have off of work? He gets 6 weeks paid...so essentially more than me since I have to use 3 weeks of PTO to get 5 weeks paid🙄. He's doing 2-3 up front and then will do the remainder once I go back. We have to patchwork together until January, so I'll be working from home some and hopefully my MIL will help out in Dec.

That's great tallb! Why do you have to patchwork together till JAnuary? Is that when you are able to get in to DC? And you are only taking 5 weeks! That's rough. Man this country sucks with that!

Oh I get 8 weeks total from short term disability, so 3 of those weeks are my PTO. We supposedly have daycare starting in January since it's by the month and didn't want to pay the full month of December when it's closed for a week. I will have a bit more leave and can work remotely as well if needed, thankfully my boss is pretty flexible.

Use all the PTO first, then sick leave, then STD covered the rest. It’s so hard to build that stash of PTO back up when you go back and have to start from zero. They should at least let you have the option to use PTO or just sick leave/STD.

tgrimes OK. I made my first order which is just the cleansing oil, the cosrx good morning cleanser, and the apieu sunscreen. Once Ulta sends me a 20% coupon, I’m going to buy the cosrx snail essence and bha power liquid so it can go toward my points for the year. This is where I’m starting for now. I might add some sheet masks soon, too. Cheers to better skin!

It still gets oily, just not as quickly and not as much. it hasn't done anything for my redness yet, but it's only been a couple of weeks.

cagoldi, what was the testing like when X went through the autism testing? Looks like we are headed in that direction with A, though I really don't think he's on the spectrum. I don't have a ton of knowledge in it though so who knows.

Hi! @peach, how did the sitter take the change? Kids are at school, and I’m free for the next hour and a half, so I am going through some toys and making a donation pile! Well all the negativity from her at drop off and pick up (that's been going on for months) magically stopped.. she seemed a little sad but it read fake to me. I dont know. I'm curious what she says about it to my sil once we're no longer going.

Just wondering. Also the cosrx galactomyces? I think you mentioned these, too? I may be wrong. I read so much today.
