It’s the last week of the fiscal year at work. So it’s going to be crazy 😜. I am covering a walk for M1, which I’m not happy because he didn’t invite me to any of the meetings before so I’m going on blind.
For the other side of my job I am reviewing questions asked about a proposed job that is out for bid that vendors have. I need to help get them answered before tomorrow.
Other then that it’s all good in this hood

Morning.
I’m at work. It’s gonna be a slow day. I brought workout clothes so I can do that at some point before I leave. I forgot lunch was being catered this week. I cooked last night just for my lunches this week. Guess it’s dinner now.

This is the last week the boys go to the sitter. M cried this morning when I told him that's where hes going today 😔 my aunt and uncle are in town again so I'm sure we'll be doing dinner with them every night.

Morning! Dh and I met 14 years ago at an alternative dance night. The ticket was for the 23rd, we met after midnight, so technically the 24th. Each year we question when our date-anniversary really is 😉. Since our trip to the us went extremely over budget (not in the least by all the baseball stuff that is currently littering our house) & I got that pretty ring, we decided not to do anything, which feels a little weird. So maybe we’ll let the tune melts wait until tomorrow and order in something nice  . |

Morning! I’ve been spiraling on funding sources to help pay for S’s communication device. Just found out that insurance will only pay $1200 and it costs $4000. So I’ve been calling multiple agencies in the area that allegedly help with that kind of thing for kids with developmental disabilities. We make too much money for some of the programs that are income dependent. But there are others that are based on the need of the child and not income. Hopefully someone has a soft heart for us. Lol.

We’re mostly hanging around the house today. B had speech this morning, now we’re waiting on the bus. I need to mail something but that will probably be it; C has come down with a cold so she’s kind of irritable.

Morning all! Busy weekend for me... Friday I left work early for the school's color run which S refused to participate in (he said there were too many people) but then he enjoyed the italian ice and dance party afterwards. After that I invited his BFF over so his mom didn't have to drag him to his sister's soccer practice. She wound up coming back to pick up and staying for dinner/drinks which is always fun and the kids all entertain each other nicely
Saturday was my birthday and I spent the morning at Soccer, then S decided he wanted to take me out for ice cream so while B napped he and I did errands and went out for ice cream which was cute. That night we had a sitter and went out with my friend and her H for dinner.
Sunday we went to a friend's football game, then our usual sunday ritual of open houses, then met up with a bunch of kids at the park.
And now back to work!

Mh got the kids out to school and he is now at Costco..we were super low on groceries. I've done the dishes and now lounging on the couch. My college gf is being induced today, so waiting for updates from her.

For full days off we have to sign up (and pay more) for "camp". I didn't sign up early enough for all the fall holidays and one of them was full. Fortunately my work is fairly lax and I'll be bringing S with me to work that day with a tablet and tons of snacks |

This Friday is early dismissal and luckily my MIL is going to pick her up. We have a teacher inservice day Oct 9 and since we'll be on vacation my in laws will already be keeping the kids that day. |
