Absolutely. ETA: Being from the south, baths were and still are a daily thing for me. It never occurred to me until college that people didn’t bathe daily. I very rarely go without a nightly shower. If I leave the inside of my house, I’m showering. Same goes for the kids. I don't understand how adults can go without a daily shower. Once in a while on a really lazy weekend day where I'm just lounging around the house I might not shower, but typically I shower each night during the week and mornings on the weekend (based on my workout schedule). Same. When I realized it I was like 🤯. This may be cliche, but a shower really does wash the day away. I feel so much better when I feel clean after a long day. I’ll shower in the morning sometimes, but it’s usually in addition to my night shower.

I shower every morning no matter what. The only time I will skip a shower is if I am too sick to even stand up, or if I am heading right to the beach and know I will shower afterwards.
It's funny that I am so crazy about showering but yet so lax about my kids bathing. On average they bathe once every 3 days, sometimes more often if dirty.
Also, after this conversation yesterday, S asked me this morning if he could start showering every day like I do. He said he thinks he needs it. So I guess I will soon be having 1 kids who bathes daily! But he mostly does it himself (I supervise the hair).

I shower every other day unless I exercised or did a lot of sweating. I always shower at night because I cannot get up early enough to do it in the morning.

I don't work out regularly so I shower normally every other day. I don't have time for my hair on a daily basis.. I normally wear down and then a ponytail day. Basically I'm lazy. That's why I love showering at night. I just let it air dry and then style in the morning. If I haven't worked out sometimes I'll shower and not get my hair wet to save on style time.

Major meltdown after school today. Poor Cass. Finally got her to chill out. I feel more justified pulling them out of school this early for Family Funday on Thursday (we're going to the state fair and Boyz II Men concert). I fully support this.

I am a sweaty, sweat beast and I’m certain I would stink to high heaven without a daily shower. It just feels like I can’t start my day until I’ve cleaned up. And I can’t imagine getting into a new outfit without showering?

LO gets a bath almost everyday. If we have a late night or it was a stay home lazy day we might skip. It helps him relax and calm down for bed.
E gets a bath every couple of nights. Baths do not calm her down so we stopped doing daily baths for her. However if she was sweaty, had a blowout, or was a messy eater she gets one.

LO school doesn’t have a traditional lunch program. He can get McDonald’s on Monday, Taco Bell on Tuesday, Little Caesar’s Pizza on Wednesday, and the school will grill hot dogs on Friday. Everyone brings a lunch on Thursday. He won’t eat pizza at school. And I don’t want hi eating McDonald’s and is options for Taco Bell he doesn’t like. So only 1 day a week I don’t have to make a lunch.

I've heard of schools with that type of menu chrisy01 but it's typically the high school level, not elementary. Is his school k-12? Y'all know me and fast food, but yeah, I would not be OK with every day...it's like a once-a-week treat. We had Curriculum Night tonight--I felt like I officially got my Elementary School Mom card! I really like B's teacher. I did notice in the cafeteria they offer Domino's Pizza on Friday's. #relevant

They had a hot lunch program but not enough people bought it so they lost money so last year they did this.
