I did call last week when I realized we were very late and they said it was ok so hoping we are good. I'm feeling like the total shit parent, especially since tomorrow is crazy with C's first day and her hopeful first day! Ohh I'd be pissed. Looks like you may be the default parent for this type of stuff now.. I asked mh to reschedule the kids dentist appts tomorrow š, I'll be SHOCKED if he does. , Honestly, I'm not mad. I had plenty of time to question where any paperwork was and I'd also be pretty likely to lose the papers so MH and I are a hot mess pair. |

C has been super clingy and snuggly with me. I think heās nervous for tomorrow. I am too. Last night at my parents he kept pulling me aside for alone time. One time my mom came in and he says āGrammy, me and mom are having ALONE timeā. She left right away so I think heās found the secret to getting my mom to be quiet š¤ We had a fun weekend. Went to the animal sanctuary farm on Saturday and had a blast. Yesterday dh and my dad took C golfing and then we played football until dinner at my moms. Today my dad took him fishing, biking, to my Gramās, and to McDonaldās. Then dh took him to the trampoline park.  |

Cadence had her first homework assignment. She had to decorate this paper doll to look like her, with minimal parent involvement. I cut out the dress for her, then she did everything else. It looks like she's an 80 year old grandma....(that's a tablet in one hand and a blue flower in the other)  |
