I took a couple of days off for vacation and then I started a different 30 day challenge (that's going to get really hard!). So I'm still squatting, but differently haha.

amichelle723 my butt for sure isn't slamming bc of this challenge and I did it religiously. I saved the other challenge avocadotoast posted and will probably start it in August. I will say I started doing my squats in front of a mirror and realized I wasn't going deep enough. But I did them correctly the majority of the time and just had minor quad soreness the last few days. This other challenge is getting SO hard. Today was day 11 and I was struggling. I hope I can make it to the end.

I will say if nothing else, i can do a proper squat now. That's an accomplishment.
