Last night I woke up and my hand was on my hip and I was like whoaaaa I'm ripped!! Hahaha. I'm sure its just tight because of the soreness, but I do think it is working! Missed a few days last week obviously but I'm gettin them in!

I can't even remember what day we're on? I've just been doing 40 squats every day.
Last night when I saw laying in bed my butt was sore... like the muscles were just throbbing... success!!

The only thing that's sore is the top part of the calf muscle, like right below the back of the knee. Either I'm doing something wrong or it's from my regular workouts because that is definitely not my butt. Is it hard for you to balance when you're doing them? Maybe you need to adjust your stance to be wider so you're more stable and can squat down lower?

30 done, plus 30 sumo squats and 10 extra, because it fit in the rotation of my exercises.
