Also, fun fact: I've been doing squats wrong most of my life. Turns out years of ballet make it really hard to remember to push your butt that far away from your knees. I'll be doing this challenge just to get new muscle memory. I just came in here to say I fucking hate squats. But this explains why because I've not been able to. They feel so awkward to me.
