wedding You have the right idea for Mother’s Day. Unfortunately MH is treating it like a regular day, aside from running out and getting me DnD this morning. Nevertheless, i am counting down the hours til bedtime so i can watch GoT! I’m glad I did it. He just gave me my gift. It’s a card with a $10 Dunkin’ gift card. I only go there for him and C. |

I mean. Fuck. I'm crying on the bathroom floor. They are finally here but I'm to pissed to socialize. So here I sit. I realize alot of this is my hormones but I'm sick of no one consulting me for plans but I plan everything around them. Then they can't even follow through with that. And A cant get that I just need a fucking minute and is standing at the door badgering me with questions.

Happy Mother’s Day to all of you! Add my to the crappy mother’s Day that just culminated in a fight w MH. wedding - at least you got a card. I got nothing except MH saying ‘sorry I didn’t get you a card but there was no time yesterday. ‘ Like this just sprung up on him or something. I told him he easily could have had S make me something and I would have loved it. We went to brunch this morning at an awful place I had no desire to go to bc its what my mom wanted where I barely ate and chased after B mostly. I capped off the day by folding laundry. Don’t be jealous. |

Back from lunch with my mom and brother. It would be even better if I didn't have to drive and hour each way. Oh well, it was also my mom's bday so I'll drive to her.
She loved the prints of her dogs and the purse I got her.
Came home to a still dirty house.
I just ordered groceries to be delivered tomorrow after work. I spent half of what I normally do, so I may be doing that a lot more often, just to save money.

I've been doing the grocery pickup and save so much. No major impulse buys, kids throwing stuff in the cart and I can see the total and look where I'd like to cut down. |

And to the grocery (and they have all those cards there) solo yesterday and nada. |

My day wasn’t great either. C woke up at 1:30 and stayed up until 4:30. I think he had a fever, I had Motrin but no thermometer. DH would have let me sleep in but he had to take the dog out and it was pouring so he couldn’t take C with him. We drove back home and went to DS’s game at the rink where C got hurt last weekend and C was a monster again. Then I did read snuggled with a blanket for a while and DH made dinner. Now DH is getting me ice cream and the kids are in bed so at least my night is looking up. I also got several cute things the kids made at school and a lounge chair for the deck (although the ability to lounge probably isn’t going to be there for a few years).

chrisy01 I’m sorry about your car. That happened to me last year and I’m so lucky that a witness stayed and showed me who did it (lady moved her car a few isles over and still went to the store). She tried to play the “I didn’t realize it hit your car” game but her own insurance company didn’t believe her and I got back my deductible from them.

MH did nothing special for me either, but I excused myself from the house for 5 hours, so I can’t complain. The kids were beasts at dinner and I am ready to retreat again. Pretty sure we won’t be taking M2 out to restaurants for a while....

So I was folding laundry listening to my kid yell from the bathroom that she needed a friend to play with. Where was mh? Shut up in his room doing his music. Didn't we have this discussion last week? Kid first, music second! He was home alone all day doing music, give her a few minutes of your previous time!!!!

Hi!
Took Poppy for a surprise visit with my SM and grandma. Brought them some lattes, chocolate croissants, flowers and cards since we aren’t celebrating with them until next week.
Then my sister and I took my mom to lunch. An 81 year-old man was pretty aggressive about hitting on me and my mom simultaneously. 🙄
Did our usual park trip after dinner. Not a bad day overall!

I went outside and found where the kitty brawl happened. I'm pretty sure my fierce predator cat was actually defending a bunny from the strange cat. God love her! She was not meant to be cat. But at least she wasn't hurt too bad

Ugh I'm sorry jewels and anyone else that had a subpar day. so frustrating. We went bowling and then to Fuddruckers which was a total bust. We have literally a million options but my sister's is impossible to feed. Then they packed up and left and n and I took long naps. I had a late dinner and watched the new wine trip movie on Netflix with Amy poehler and Tina fey - a bit crazy but pretty entertaining. My kids got me a card and mh got a great pic of the kids and I, so I guess it was a good enough day. |

E just asked me to snuggle with him after a bad dream. Oh my heartstrings! It was just like when he was a baby and toddler and I had to lay with him until he fell asleep.
