This would drive me absolutely crazy. I think @wine’s said her in laws do this. Yup, my in-laws do. Like to the extent that my underwear/sock drawer was reorganized... Nope. That’s weird. |

Happy Mothers Day to all you wonderful ladies who give me great advice and help keep me sane. I don't know how I would have made it this far without you all!
Everyone is awake here, evie is in her bedroom watching videos and H is in the bathroom, so the usual. Evie told me yesterday, while looking at pinterest, she wants red velvet waffles. I mean, I'd rather go out, but sure, let's make the kitchen a mess!
We are going to my brother and SILs for lunch with all the moms. Taking a bottle of wine and beer. Yay for day drinking!

I’m in a mood. I paid $50 for late check out so we could shower in the room after swimming today and not worry about the time. Checkout is 11 and the water park doesn’t open until 9. It’s BS that you have to pay for late checkout but I figured it would be better than rushing. Of course C doesn’t want to go to the water park today and just wants to do the high ropes course again before we go. So $50 down the tubes. At least I’ll get home earlier. I plan to nap.
ETA: they refunded the late checkout. I feel better.

43!? Are you fucking kidding me!? Ridiculous, right? I emailed the immunologist again. I’m not waiting until our follow up in August. The antibiotic he’s on obviously isn’t helping since this is his 4th EI since we started it March 1st. This is ridiculous. I hope they can see you this week. |

tgrimes poor H! It breaks my heart that he’s had so many! Do you have any kind of record of how many he’s had? I would love to walk into a Drs office that doesn’t seem concerned and say “look jackass...he’s had 19 ear infections in less than a year! When do you consider it to be an issue?!” Obviously I made up the number because I have no clue. But surely it’s not too far off! This is #43. Holy shit! This is ridiculous. |

And I'll pull down bins in our laundry room and they'll be stuffed with our overnight bags, the kids shoes (like shoes they're currently wearing), sippy cups, ect. I can never find anything! |

MH lit the parchment paper on fire when he was baking the bacon but didn't burn the house down so we'll count this as a breakfast win. I'm feeling in a better mood today so hopefully I can get some toys and misc crap purged

Happy Mother’s Day to all you beautiful mamas! I’m still in bed. We had company last night and dh was pretty drunk when we went to bed so I’m surprised he managed to get up and keep the kids quiet. Can’t believe I actually slept until 9! We plan to meet my sisters fam and my parents at the winery this afternoon. Other than that, just a low key day of making my family do everything for me  |

My morning is off to a rough start. I am painting my office today so I’m not in uniform. And since I’m not in uniform, I forgot my work keys at home. Including my work truck keys. I have a spare...it’s in the truck. Because that’s a great place to keep the spare right?
Luckily one of my employees came to work prepared. So she has her keys. So we went to move a safe from our old building to the new office. While lifting it at the door step into the back of her truck, I got a foot off the porch step and fell and twisted my body funny. So now my back and neck and arm and shoulder and hip are all feeling out of whack and sore. Because I was still supporting the safe in this misstep and attempting to not let it fall on me. Should have probably asked the guys to move it for us...but I’m not good at asking for help.
Things have got to get better from here right?!

Well, my stupid pregnancy hormones ruined the morning. I came downstairs and the kids were finishing breakfast, Dh said he couldn’t hold them off. He offered to make me anything, but he had already eaten too, so I just said I’d eat the eggs and bacon that were left. And poured myself a cup of coffee. And then started crying. So now Dh is mad at me.
I thought we had decided to cancel our 12:30 brunch reservations and just do a big breakfast at home, so that’s why I was upset. But I guess we are still going to brunch, so now I feel like an ass. Ugh.

I found out that my dad and step mom are going to stop by my house a little after 2...so I might not get my nap. boo. I didn't expect to see them today so I didn't get my step mom's planter done. I sent DH to the store to get a premade hanging basket with the girls, hopefully he gets the right kind.

I’ve decided not to be shy this year and just do what I want this Mother’s Day. I told dh I plan to go nap and watch tv alone in my room when we get home while he parents and takes C to the movies. And that I want takeout from a restaurant he is just meh about because I like their chicken, broccoli, and ziti. He looks tired and not so enthusiastic about my plans but I’m sick of putting myself last.

lfig sounds like a massage is needed for your mothers day! Evie picked out some red velvet waffles she wanted to make with me for breakfast this morning. I read the recipe yesterday and read 1 lbs of cocoa, so we attempted to mix everything up, and it was so thick...not mixable. I threw it out and looked at the recipe again and realized it actually says 1 tbs. I laughed so hard...evie will never let me live this down.

I just ordered a Dunkin’ Donuts delivery for me and LO since C is off to work. I ordered my gifts all I asked that C wrap them but that didn’t happen. So I guess this is just a normal day for me.

MH tried (not so hard) to let me sleep in. M2 found his way to me to ask for milk. We had a late night so of course we are having an extra lazy morning. I’m planning to go to the movies and do a little shopping later. It’s ugly and raining out, so Mh can be housebound with the kids.
