guster You do know where there is one mouse, there are way more, right? They're cute, but I will kill everyone of the little things if I see them in my house. You are a better person than me. klong11 I hope your H doesn't screw this up! Picture day is important!

mwhip, Oddly enough when he said he could do it, immediately in my head I could hear the fight he would have with her about brushing her hair. She likes to brush it herself and then I style it, which is basically just fixing her part and straightening up her bangs. He does not know this and she will likely refuse to let him touch her.

We have an extermination service that comes to treat the house and the property once a month. |

Morning! We are also supposed to get snow today. Mother Nature is such a birch. H has a low fever so I am keeping her home from school today. No other symptoms that I can tell but I’m sure they’re coming.

There was a mouse right behind my car in the garage this morning. It refused to move no matter how close I got to it or any sound I made. I was able to get it outside with a bucket and a piece of cardboard, but when I came home he was still standing in front of the garage door (outside now) shaking, and he’s fat. Maybe it’s a she! And pregnant. I am ill equipt for this. Sounds like you're getting more family members! Congratulations! |

I asked A how long we had to be in the house before I could get another bunny or adopt a cat or two. He said "longer than this!" It's been like 3 days.. Totally long enough, right? I was searching pet finder last night for our local shelter and looking at the cats. There's a super cute grey fella who's labeled as "young" He looks like a kitten in the face but full grown size so maybe 6-8 months? I might take the boys to see him Friday..

guster I would have a hard time not scooping up the little mousey and feeding it and giving it love like Elmira.  slenle and trtlcrzy snow in April should not be a thing--ever. That sucks. We've got rain on our forecast for the foreseeable future and I'm trying not to gripe about that because at least it's not flooding like where my parents live. wineallthetime and trtlcrzy hope the sickness passes through quickly and you ladies don't get it! chrisy01 sorry for the ongoing work stress.

I fell asleep watching Never Been Kissed Last night. It reminded me that a few years after that movie a journalist in my hometown was obviously copying it. She clearly looked like she was about 30 but went "undercover" at our HS. Much like Josie Grossie, she made friends with the nerds. She was never in any of my classes but I remember wondering why the journalist from the Democrat-Herald was always walking around our school. It was a small town and our little town paper was all of about 16 pages (8 for both sections, A was traditional news and B alternated between Sports and Life pieces). All of the local journalists had pictures next to their articles so I don't know how she thought she was undercover because I'd imagine others knew exactly who she was as well.

So someone on the shuttle has enough cologne on for the whole shuttle. I’m trying everything to not get sick. I kind of wish cologne and perfumes would be outlawed (not really serious--I just think they're gross smelling). I think most smell nasty and usually trigger an allergy attack from me. |

OK, I moved him with the rake, trapped him under a piece of Tupperware and I’m going to move him very far into the woods.
I haven’t even read. Real actual problems could be happening on the board and I’m concerned about this stupid little 2 inch rodent that is legitimately scaring the hell out of me

guster, is the exterminator trap one with poison or...? If it's moving so slowly it could be dying. Scared mice run and hide, sick and dying mice don't move and are out in the open.

Thanks for the love for my sickies! I'm not one to rush to the Dr at all, but I made an appointment this afternoon. I mostly just want to rule out strep (and I suppose the flu, though what can you really do for that anywho).

We're home, shoes in hand. C was in the sunniest mood...there was a team of executives walking around and they were charmed by her (I probably should have asked for the Friends and Family discount while we chatted!) Then we got in the car and I wouldn't let her buckle herself in, and all hell broke loose  She cried all. the. way. home. I need to get motivated and empty the dishwasher, and possibly a drink. |
