I woke up to jack screaming my name because he was scared to get down from the top bunk. This is only the 3rd time he's slept up there. He gets scared. But really wanted to last night and I really didnt want to fight him.
Taking M to preschool and J to the sitters. Then I have a OB appointment at 11:30. This is my last monthly one. I start going every 2 weeks now.
I got my office moved yesterday but have tons to organize. Hoping to get that all done today.

Morning! Busy day today. Took the kids to school, groceries, laundry, then went to visit my friend in the hospital who had a preemie a few weeks back, then school pick up and then back to the hospital for ds’ appointment this afternoon. Hope they have something constructive to say.

Morning. I have 3 sick kids. All are coughing, fever and the big kids say their throats hurt. It was a fun night. MH is home with them now, but I'm just working a short day.

Waiting for a mammogram. Joy. I just want to put deodorant on...not having it on makes me feel like I'm sweating. Oh, no deodorant would make me feel gross. I didn't realize you can't wear it for a mammogram, but that makes sense. |

I didn't realize you can't wear it for a mammogram, but that makes sense. I forgot last year, they have wipes to clean it off, then little samples you can use before you leave. But I figured with a 7am appt, I'd be okay. Still feel sweaty. |

wineallthetime I hope they feel better quickly. I still think I prefer everyone sick at once as much as that sucks to having one at a time sick as they pass it around for weeks.

Oh no wineallthetime, hope the plague passes quickly! Agreed, that’s the worst feeling mwhip, hope they get your appt done fast. I swear when I do t have deodorant on I sweat due to worrying about sweating 😂 slenle I would cry too, that is downright depressing. |

Morning!
B slept til past 8 this morning 😳 C likes to watch TV in my room so the playroom/kitchen were quiet enough that I could hear the base playing the national anthem from a couple miles away.
No big plans today, just housework and washing my hair, lol.
ETA: oh, and I have to take C to (surprise!) Dillard’s for shoes. I tried ordering from DSW and needed an exchange and it’s taking for.eh.ver. So I will pay a few bucks more and get them in my hands for our trip.

Morning! Sierra and I came up to STL yesterday because I was supposed to have an appointment to pick up my glasses and contacts from the eye dr yesterday but when we were on the way they called to reschedule because the dr had a family emergency. So now I’m going today instead.
MH is here for work all week so I went to dinner and drinks with him and his team last night. Then tonight we are going to the Cardinals baseball game. My parents are keeping Sierra all night and I will stay at the hotel with MH. I’m super excited to sleep in!!
Tomorrow Sierra has an appointment with the Speech and Occupational Therapists at the hospital to be evaluated for assistive communication devices. Not sure what to expect with it but hopeful they determine something that might work well for us to make communication better. The current method is whining and dragging us to whatever she wants. It’s weird because she has a lot of words. And labels things correctly, but can’t seem to understand how to tell us what she wants, or string words together.

Vent ahead:
I really don’t want to go to work today. My manager really needs to get his priorities straight. We have a big thing opening at the end of May, everyone in the company has been told getting that ready is #1 priority besides being safe. One of our venders sent us something on Monday to get done so they can get their work done. He didn’t even acknowledge it. He just left it there for me. When I asked what was done Monday, he was working on someone’s cable and tv problem.
What’s going to happen when I take half of June off? Will all the work just be there waiting for me? It’s ridiculous.

I’m meeting my sister at the zoo with T and C. It’s sunny and mid 50’s so I’m excited to be outside. DH was up at 4:30 for his flight and T and C woke up so it’s going to be a long day. T has t-ball practice tonight and DD has gymnastics until 9 so we can’t even do early bed.

There was a mouse right behind my car in the garage this morning. It refused to move no matter how close I got to it or any sound I made.
I was able to get it outside with a bucket and a piece of cardboard, but when I came home he was still standing in front of the garage door (outside now) shaking, and he’s fat. Maybe it’s a she! And pregnant. I am ill equipt for this.

Picture day today. When I left they were both still asleep. I asked mh if he could handle brushing her hair and getting it the way I wanted it. He said yes. I told him not to eff this up. We'll see how they go. I did talk to the teacher yesterday at pick up and let her know what I wanted Cadence to look like for the pictures.

As long as it is hiding outside I dont care. Which is a lie bc I have been looking it up since I saw it. I think it’s a vole, not a mouse. |
