N has also been wearing nightgowns since around 2 and wears them most nights. Lol tgrimes . I was also going to comment on the registry. My SIL has a frustrating registry too. I’m throwing her a shower next weekend (her third shower) and she’s registered for practically nothing. I told her she needs to add more and she added like 5 things. She’s pretty crunchy and minimalist and says they don’t want a lot of baby stuff. Well, you’re having 3 showers. Now you’re just going yo get a bunch of stuff you don’t want or need instead of stuff you pick out. At least register for diapers, wipes and some bottles or something.

tgrimes , #2 is very shocking. Has he been meeting these men or just been sending texts and pics for the past year? He's been cheating with them. When she asked how many people he said he doesn't want to talk about anything until they get in front of a therapist.

He clearly doesn't want to be in a marriage with her, so why even bother with a therapist? The cheating is in itself one thing, but to be living a lie about his sexuality? That makes no sense to me. Unless he is hoping she will stay married to him because he doesn't want the world to know his true preference? I hope she is able to find happiness.

mwhip have fun at opening day! My is pumped to someday take j, but isn't ready to do that yet since it's a bit of a scene. The Orioles have a kids opening day next Sunday, so he will go to that this year.

Morning all!
We had B's speech evaluation yesterday. I almost cancelled it b/c his speech has improved so dramatically over the past 6-8 weeks since I made the appt. But I figured better to have it and not need it then need it and not have it.
Anyway, he did not qualify for speech, but she did say he was more difficult to understand then he should be. She told me to help with him mouth control to only have him drink from a straw. And one that he can't easily bite. I have 70 billion types of sippy cups but most do not qualify. I also like as few pieces as possible to clean. Any suggestions?

We have never had an issue with drunk idiots when we've taken Evie to a game and I hope that streak continues. Chiefs games on the other hand, no way would I take a kid with me...the things that can be seen tailgating. Plus the fights that happen in the stands, no thank you please to having a kid there.

chrisy01 what does getting your car smogged mean? In California every few years to get your tags you have to get your car tested for emissions to make sure it’s not producing too much of smog

guster I needed some way to try to fake it until I make it today and that song randomly came into my head. My reaction when my alarm clock went off was "sweet baby Jesus how can that fucking thing be going off already." I could have easily slept 3 more hours. This week has been draaaaaging. So I'm trying to pep it up with music.

mwhip She has a little crazy in her so MH thinks he's scared to tell her because she'll blow a gasket. Well, I mean, if my H admitted to me that he had slept with multiple other men over the last year, I would blow a gasket too...I think it's part of the territory when you admit to cheating. But I have some crazy in me as well.

tgrimes, a $42 layette is totally practical. And woof to the marital woes. Nice excuse that he figured she was cheating too. Did this seem to come as a total shocker to her or did she has suspicions?

tgrimes Yeah, that’s annoying about the shower and registry. She may get a rude awakening when she doesn’t get most things on her registry, but it’s her problem. I just hope your MIL doesn’t feel she needs to get it for her when all is left on there. And OMG to the cheating drama. Not sure if I could handle hosting a baby shower with that going on in my life.

Hi!!! I’m popping in really quick while all my house guests are asleep. I’m having a good time with my sister, even though it’s weird not having my bil here. Definitely getting more insight into the divorce. Also, I love my niece and nephews but they are SO SPOILED! Never say please or thank you, are super demanding, always complain about what we are doing and are always on their iPads. I think my middle nephew thinks I’m mean because he’s the worst and I’ve been calling him out when he’s rude. Anyway, on that note, I have what I’m sure is a super dumb question for the girl moms. (Hey, I’m new to this!) I need to get Charlotte some warm weather pajamas and a lot of the stuff in her size are two price sets with shorts and a shirt, and then a nightgown. When did your girls start sleeping in nightgowns? Do they get all tangled up? My girls LOVE nightgowns. I started buying them around age 2. Never have had an issue with tangling, because usually they’re pretty short. Before that it was pretty much always 2 piece short sets.

tgrimes , that's quite the outfit. Are those avocados or screaming jellybeans? Most registry stuff, unless it's crazy expensive, gets bought the last few days, so maybe more will be bought today and tomorrow. I would normally agree with that statement. But most of her stuff are things you'd need to buy at amazon or other websites. Not in stores. I'll send you the link. She will probably get random stuff people can pick up at target or Walmart.

Morning! Both girls are at school so I’m being lazy on the couch. I really need to mop my kitchen but I think that can wait until nap time.

Oh! This afternoon is K registration. I filled everything out online, but I have to bring proof of address, immunizations and her birth certificate today.

These look cute, but not sure if I'm looking at the right one - these look more like a spout, do they have a true straw one?

Morning. Home today. Just registered N for kindergarten. Sob.
Now we’re off the the children’s museum to burn some energy.
I’m officially embracing maternity clothes. This third baby is no joke on my body. Haven’t gained any weight yet, but woah, there’s no hiding it.
