I walked every day last week and did yoga a few times. It's so hot today that I'm not sure about walking unless X is up for a trip to the mall so I can walk around in the AC.

Starting this Surge program today. The veggie sausage I got, sucks. What do you use cagoldi? I'm chewing gum for flavor because water sucks lol.

Like raspberries or watermelon. We use Yves Veggie sausage. It's really good. I don't think anybody would know the difference between these and animal sausage. They're patties though. Is that what you're looking for or do you need crumbles? What kind do you have right now? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I'm going to physio tomorrow to see how my diastasis recti is, from there I'll make a routine to work on my mid section. I'm 20 lbs down, halfway to my goal, and it's time to incorporate some area specific exercises.

Links or patties is fine. I wonder if Jungle Jims would have a better selection. I'll have to try there for next time.

peachsmama The Field Roast sausages are good and can be crumbled up. The chipotle is great in a tofu scramble type dish, and the apple sausage would probably be good in your frittatas. I've used the Italian version for hoagies. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I guess if you found the YVES you could just cook them as patties then crumble them? I have never tried those Morningstar crumbles but I've always heard they're gross. If you have a Kroger/Ralph's, you could ask the manager to order some for you. Our Ralph's carries some YVES stuff and if we can't find what we want the manager will get things we request. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk I started going to physio in January for kind of a whole body assessment, I have lingering pain from a car accident about 11 years ago and DR was one of the things I asked her about. I felt off, almost like i didnt or wasn't healing properly. She said i had a 'two finger width', I don't exactly know what that means but she said that it was quite common especially with multiple pregnancies/kids. I haven't been since beginning of March and sonce i've lost the weight so I'm interested to see how it's doing 7.5 months post partum

So I'm flexing my diet some. I'm hungry. And her meal plan is gross. Can't do it. I'm going to stick with the workouts and keep slowing refining my eating to healthier habits. I can't go cold turkey like this.

Yesterday was a mess eating wise. I stayed in my calorie goals but I got like zero nutrition. I was stressed and busy and resorted to bad habits. So far so good today though.
I do need to find a way to prioritize exercise. Work has been so nuts that I haven't had time. I think I will try to go to the gym when I am off next week . We pay for the YMCA every month and I haven't been in 8 mos.

This week I made banana bread to eat for breakfast. I substituted applesauce for butter to make it to see if I can tell the difference. It's not really noticeable. So I saved a few calories that way.

I walked to the ILs this evening...10km pushing the 30lb toddler with semi-flat stroller tires.

I can't go cold turkey like this. Frankly, I'm not surprised. With what she wanted you to eat I think it's like squishing a square peg into a round hole. Sorry you weren't feeling well. Maybe it just wasn't enough food? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I'm going to slowly make healthier choices and keep repeating this workout every other week and do something easier inbetween. The work outs are intense. I think I will see results just doing that. Just not as dramatic. Which I'm fine with.
