Done well this week with the exception of Monday. Took a nice walk with C tonight.
My parents are getting me a bike for my birthday and I'm so excited. We have an amazing waterfront bike path here that I am dying to go on. The problem will be finding time but I'm determined!

Frankly, I'm not surprised. With what she wanted you to eat I think it's like squishing a square peg into a round hole. Sorry you weren't feeling well. Maybe it just wasn't enough food? I'm going to slowly make healthier choices and keep repeating this workout every other week and do something easier inbetween. The work outs are intense. I think I will see results just doing that. Just not as dramatic. Which I'm fine with. Meh, I mean, no reason to give those up completely. I do well on high carb low fat. Not much pasta but a fair amount of rice and quinoa. I think you just need the right rice and quinoa. There are some really healthy mixes out there, that I actually prefer over plain white rice.

Regular and sweet potatoes, too.
If I don't eat some cooked starch and beans every day, I'll feel like I'm starving.
You can sprout your rice, quinoa, and some legumes too.

Also, if you plan to eat a lot of either, I would just make a huge batch of the rice/and or quinoa Sunday. Use the rice for burrito bowls, fried rice, stir fry, etc. You could do the same with quinoa. Put the burrito bowl fixings in a wrap. I found collard greens to be a good sub for tortillas. How's everyone doing on their healthy habits??
My new meal plan, upping my workouts and drinking 95oz of water a day is working out so far. I'm not hungry throughout the day and am down 4lb and a few inches. I'll take it. Hoping to be down a bit more after this week.

I feel like I'm always saying it, but I need to get back in gear. Now that my cough is slightly under control and getting better and my energy seems to be picking up a bit (thank you vitamin D supplements) maybe I'll actually do something. I'll need to reevaluate my diet. I've been doing better with it as of late, but with this increase in acid reflux I'll need to get rid of some things that are higher in acidity. Bye bye tomatoes and soda

I'm a wreck on health lol. I need to make a real effort on my water intake. And I need to make an effort to get up and work out in the morning. I feel so much better when I do it early. I just need to do it. I'm setting an early alarm tomorrow. I can do it.

Between traveling last week and Cs surgery this week I am a bit off plan. Not horribly so but I need my routine to stay on track. Still losing and am now below pre-pregnancy weight and am over halfway to goal.

I've lost 27lbs and only 13lbs to my goal. I also went back and checked my weight the day I had J and I'm down 55lbs from that. So all good changes.

That's awesome, wedding!! What is your diet like now? Are you able to eat anything (in moderation)? vino, hows JC going? Fried, fatty or like dense breads don't sit well. I tired a small pancake yesterday and thought I was going to burst. I also can't stomach ground beef.

Well Jack was all over me and wouldn't let me get up without him also getting up so I didn't get my work out in. I'm pretty bummed about it and kicking myself for not trying harder. Tomorrow!

What's this health thing I keep hearing about...?
ETA I talked with dh about this a few days ago, I'm going to be realistic and not set myself/us goals this year. With moving, building, living with my parents, not sleeping and bf, I know it's not going to happen and I don't want to set myself up for failure. I'm going to try to eat healthy, but it's going to be next year's goal to lose all the baby weight and then some.
