The baby is so much fun now. He is super silly and playful. It’s amazing. Also he is starting to run. I love it!

Hi friends!! Hope all the sick kiddos are feeling better soon.
We had my mom's birthday celebration this weekend which was so fun but involved lots of drinks and little sleep so I am definitely feeling it today!
DS has also been on somewhat of a nap strike and only taking 1 hour nap. Then he is soooo cranky in the evening because he's tired and it makes me sad. Since we only see him for an hour in the evenings after work so I don't want to move his bedtime up so I'm hoping he starts napping better this week!

The baby must have wanted to get back at me for something today. He bit hard when nursing and laughed and then shoved his finger up my nose and gave me a bloody nose.

But only because I've been there. After spending almost $3k on new A/C coils orsumshit last weekend, one of the compressors went out, so the house is still warm and we get to spend more $$$ to replace that today. Bye bye WDW fund. lol I need my house to be cool stat, it's not even hot out here yet.

I called the dentist because my tooth really bothered me this weekend so I called to see if they could move up my date because I decided to get it pulled. They asked me what part of town I live in and if I wanted to come in right away. Didn't get breakfast or coffee but my tooth is out! Went easy and now I'm going to using it as an excuse to be lazy.

Good morning! We were able to go outside yesterday for the first time in weeks and it made me so happy. It was only 30 degrees but that's soooo much better than it has been 😂
Had my anatomy scan this morning for baby number 4 and everything looks good! We are going team green this time - we did for baby number 2, too.
Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend!!

I have done so much this morning that now I want to do nothing. I am laying on the couch. The baby is about to knock out for his nap and G doesn’t get home for a little while so I am going to try and enjoy the quiet.

I hope everyone’s babies are feeling better. My little is officially walking. Crazy how fast they grow. My birthday is tomorrow and all I want is margaritas. I need to see if H is going to get the stuff or if I need to. Hopefully the sun will come out too so we can hit the pool.

We flew home last night and all is well but my gosh, flying with a 1 and 3 year old and 2 car seats feels like an epic journey. We enjoyed the skiing and DS1 loved the snow but DS2 spiked a temp the first day and I suspect that he had the flu

I know it's flameworthy, but when we fly with all 3 kids we check the infant in lap's car seat to our destination. Lugging 3 kids and 2 car seats through the airport is punishing enough! I saw a lot of people speak highly of the Bubble Bum on the GD board, I am hoping my 4 year old can transition to that next time we fly. THE WORST. You have all my sympathies haha. And sorry for the sickness but I'm glad you had a good ski trip despite that!

Yes, we checked a cosco scenera for the baby in a car seat bag (with our coats stuffed inside) and brought the immi go for the 3 year old. We didn't bring a stroller and I forgot the lillebaby in the car. That was a mistake. I can't wait until I can use a bubble bum for the older and the immi go for the younger one.

I don’t take car seats when I fly because I haven’t needed them when we got to our destination. 🤷🏻♀️

K has his urology recheck tomorrow for his hydrocele. We aren't certain that it has resolved itself so we will find out in the morning if he has to have surgery.

Appointment went well. One side of the hydrocele was completely resolved and the other is close enough that he doesn't need a recheck. I'm happy both for him and for my bank account. I was stressing on how we would afford another surgery.

It’s so nice out today. I don’t want it to go back to the 30’s this weekend.
Is anyone else’s child ridiculous to change. I feel like I’m wrestling with a child who’s been lathered in oil trying to change him. It’s so frustrating.

kbw, yes! DD2 likes to barrel roll or sit up during changings. I have started giving her something to hold to distract her. Lately it's been the box that some prescription eye drops came in or a baby brush. I remember this happening around this age with DD1 too so it's definitely normal!

So glad the appointment went well jessijean! That's great he won't need surgery! kbw DS is soooo hard to change or put diapers on. Since 10/11 months getting him dressed has been like trying to get a wild animal dressed- there are times I'm literally out of breath afterwards, lol.

Guys Henry took his first steps this weekend. I was beginning to think he was behind because I know so many babies younger than him already walking.

I think I was more aware of it because people would ask about it or we'd hear comments about kids younger than him walking already. I know it's normal to walk at different times but I just always second guess myself.
