Mara is vomiting again and has a fever. Not sure if this is her GI stuff or the flu.

hi! Busy day here. While the kids are at school I want to mail some of C's old clothes I sold on FB, make dinner for a mom in my MOPS group who just had a baby, and bake Valentine's cookies.
I always take little pots of tulips to our teachers for Valentine's Day; I hadn't given it much thought since I have til Thursday, but last night it occurred to me that C will only see Monday's lead today. So I will also be trying to track down some tulips to take to pick-up.

I should be getting ready for work but I don’t feel well and LO is being a jerk. He decided on Friday that he doesn’t have to listen to me. I hate when it’s rainy outside because when he gets like that I would take him out to the park to burn off his grumpiness.

Morning.
I dropped M at school and just sitting in the parking lot at M2s school. He’s still asleep and have a little time before I go to work, so I’m letting him catch a few more zzzzz’s.
I’m so ready for the end of the week. Thursday is my Friday and then we head to our new city to house hunt and check schools out. I have calls and appointments to set all this week. Today is my busy day though, so I probably won’t get much done.

Morning. H has been complaining off and on for like 3 weeks that her tummy hurts so I think I’m going to make an appt for her today. She also has been saying her throat hurts and I don’t want anything to delay surgery next week. I think it’s supposed to snow again today, and I’m not gonna lie, I’m over it. Poor M tgrimes |

Yeah, we were there this weekend and other than a few straggler evergreens and some pansies it was still bare. No tulips yet  Can't wait for when all the spring stuff comes in! |

Is the fever high like H's? cagoldi I boopie X it's feeling better today It’s only 100 right now but if it gets any higher I’ll call the pedi. They told me last week if she got suck they’d call in a prescription. I have some liquid tamiflu left but she won’t take it. I don’t blame her because it tastes like ass. My sister’s dr said they could open up a gel capsule and mix it in yogurt for my niece. So I’ll ask about that if i end up calling. |

Fortunately the weather they predicted this weekend, more snow and ice, missed us. But they're now calling for another possible 'snow event' Friday. After it's almost 60 Thursday. SSDD for me

I've been sucked into a show on Netflix called Embarrassing Bodies. Basically, people come in with their ailments and these doctors act like they are no big deal and fix them for them. I've been binge watching it for the past couple of days. Last night, however, I almost vomited when they fixed a bent penis. I won't go into details, but when they checked back up with him he had probably the smallest penis I've ever seen.

Morning.
Whoa, Monday be Mondaying over here; started out ok but got to daycare and the person who opens the doors was not there, so it was 15 min late, get inside and forget J’s inside shoes at home, so had to get them and go back. B was very worried that he’d be missing school and it was not ok cause he has ‘things to learn’ and it’s his show and tell day.
So, I’m going to be late for work but I’ve got a new nail colour on that’s called ‘topless and barefoot’ and it makes me giggle whenever I catch a glance at my nails.
Why yes, i’d love to be topless and barefoot on an European beach somewhere. So, since that’s better than reality, that’s where my mind is....

This summer C will go into the school age program for summer camp. He and I were talking about it this weekend and I told him he can go on field trips. Come to find out the kindergartners don't go on the field trips, which sucks. I asked in front of him so he heard the teacher say it but I am sure he will be disappointed every time the big kids are out. He will have a great time regardless but I wanted him to have a little something different. All of the other local camps have crappy hours for working parents except zoo camp, which is $$$ and he would be the oldest in his age group so I worry he would be bored.

Sorry she’s not feeling well tgrimes, this has got to stop, you guys have been through enough. How is X doing today cagoldi? About the same, poor guy. It’s pretty pitiful. Intermittently crying and moaning “mommy.” I’m hoping that tomorrow is much better since he will have had a couple days of ABX by then. Poppy is super fussy and this bug really seems to be hanging on to her so now I’m worried she might have another EI. |
