My nausea is starting to kick in too, and constant snacking makes me feel better. I gained lbs 70 with my first and about 50 with my second and am already overweight so would love to keep this one down to 30/40 at the most if possible. What can I snack on constantly to relieve nausea that will add no calories? 😀 I’m in the same boat and I have been snacking on skinnypop butter flavor popcorn. It’s like, 43 cal per serving? I’ve gone through a not small number of bags 😬 it’s definitely better than the fifty million pop tarts I ate during my first pregnancy!

Wtf body... I love queso. LOVE it! My favorite is to melt Velveeta and cream cheese in a cup in the microwave and stir in chili powder and salsa or chillis. I could eat it all day.

I'm also in the same boat. I have to eat constantly but nothing is sounding good. If something pops into my head and I don't want to throw up thinking about it, I try to track it down in the vending machines or store. But usually by then I'm not in the mood again. It's super fun. No idea what I'll do for lunch today. Omg I feel this in my soul. Solidarity.

I swear I’m walking around in a fog. I burnt the dinner to a crisp. Added chilli powder instead of paprika to a sauce. Panicked trying to keep my kids in my sight in the shop(they were right beside me the whole time). Then fell asleep for 30 minutes and woke up thinking it was the next day. I feel like the lights are on but there’s nobody home.

I think eggs and sausage for breakfast is about to end. Sausage smelled funny to me (it was totally fine) and it tasted okay but borderline not. Guess I'll try yogurt for protein since I really need it in the morning or else I just stay hungry.

Today is going to be the longest day ever. Nausea hit again this morning. I went on a run with a friend and was planning on going to the gym too, but now I feel terrible.

Ugh I feel the worst today (so far). I just know this is going to get worse over the next few weeks.
I have an appointment Tuesday and I’m asking for the diclegis and zofran prescriptions to get sent to my pharmacy so I can fill when needed.

My lack of intense symptoms drives up my anxiety. The 12 days until my first appointment are going to take forever.

I don't have any nausea yet at all, although I had hardly any with my first 2 pregnancies so I may just luck out again.
I have ANOTHER cold - I swear it's my 5th this season. So frustrating, and even worse this time since I can't take anything.

But I'm a proponent of everyone's feelings are valid, regardless of how other people's journeys are going. Just because you don't feel horrible doesn't mean you can't complain about your anxiety. Anxiety is tough. I need to work harder on things to help mine (meditate, color, etc).

Still no symptoms for me either. Although I never did have anything that noteworthy with my first two, it’s always anxiety inducing. I’m kinda like..can I just dry heave in a toilet once just for some peace of mind?

My H keeps saying "just wait" because last time I hit a wall at 5 weeks and it was tough until about 8 weeks. 6 weeks today and just a sensitive gag reflex and some periods of not wanting to eat anything.

I had some of the loaded pasta chips from olive garden the other night, and now that's all that I want.
I looked up the ingredients, and I think it's actually cheaper to just order some from the restaurant when I'm craving it again. I'm trying to quell the current craving with a quesadilla and avocado, which is what this diva baby also decided was acceptable.
My first tri anxiety is hitting hard today, I woke up early for no reason at all and couldn't sleep.

Sometimes if I put on a guided meditation to get my mind off my worries I can get myself to fall back asleep. Maybe that could help?

So I guess the zofran only worked for one day. I've been getting sick any time I eat and I'm getting nervous about having HG again. Ugh why does my body go nuts like this?

I tried to run on the treadmill today and my boobs said LOLOL NO. I'm going to need like 2 more sports bras if I'm going to try that again.

I am feeling pretty anxious since I don’t have many symptoms. I know that’s irrational as I’ve never had many 1st tri symptoms especially this early. With my 2nd pregnancy I didn’t even know I was pregnant until after 6 weeks so I obviously wasn’t having noticeable symptoms yet I still can’t help feel nervous when I don’t feel nauseous or anything else ugh!

So this evening I had a very light brown discharge when I wiped. Not enough to appear on a panty liner but I can get a scant amount if I go back and try to wipe again. Great.
I’m concerned I might need to get the rhogam shot since I’m RH- and of course this doesn’t help my anxiety. I had no bleeding with DD1, something very similar to this with DD2 but around 4 weeks so I chalked it up to implantation bleeding.
I am 6 weeks now so not sure what’s up.

moonandback141-I had a similar thing happen with my first. I did have to get a shot as a precaution but all turned out fine. I called the doc, they did an ultrasound and we saw babe, but they did give me the shot just in case as it was “unknown bleeding.” Hoping you have the same experience and all is well.

moonandback141 It's always so nerve wracking. I hope it goes away. Maybe a call to the doc? I had pinkish spotting from right before my bfp up to a little after 5w so far, but I am not rh-. I'm pretty sure mine was correlated with exercise, so once I stopped, it stopped. Good luck! Hopefully it's just one of those things.
