We're at swim and J is in a funky mood. Kinda just droopy? Idk. Weird for him. He cant tell me if he pooped today and says his tummy hurts. I'm waiting to hear from the sitter. Hoping it's just a bit of constipation. Dnw a stomach bug.

Hope that S is feeling better before long, jewels. Glad they’re going to be accommodating, lfig. This whole situation is so ridiculous. slenle that’s rough. I can’t recall if H has a history of biting? Dude was definitely “that kid” around 1.5-2.5. Awful. Yes... he bit 2-3 times last summer but we haven’t had an issue since! (With biting, he has hit a few times too) He’s now the oldest in the toddler room and will be starting to transition to the preschool room over the next couple months. Hopefully that’ll help. Good luck, that might help when he moves up. We always found Dude’s behavior became more challenging right before he was ready to transition to a new room. |

lfig I’m glad they are trying to work with you. My sister in your same position called today about a medical bill asking for a discount or extended time to pay. They kindly gave her $1.67 off the total. slenle I was the kid that cried at shows when I was little. I couldn’t express it then but it was the bright spotlight that killed my light blue eyes that I was crying over, not all the people looking at me. My family stills laughs over the year I ran off stage at the Christmas pageant and my younger sister who was not in it knocked over 2 other kids to go on the stage. tgrimes is showing up at the Children’s ER on a bad day an option for getting seen faster?

When a dr says “give me a little over a week to review things and decide on the next step” how long would you give before calling? We saw the dr on Tuesday last week. Is Wednesday this week too soon to call? Or should I wait till Thursday or Friday? I hate the waiting game. I'd call Wednesday. +1 |

New furnace works great! Its a huge change to find a company that goes above and beyond, so even though expensive, I was happy with the transaction. We had a snowman casualty today...  |

I can definitely do that if I have to. It would just cost me way more money. I like this idea except for the fact that it would cost more. In 2016 when S’s shunt malfunctioned, she had been vomiting off and on for 3 months. Every time she’d get a test or see a dr was not during an “episode “. And test results would come back fine. Including a brain MRI. Drs kept dismissing it I think because they weren’t really “seeing” it. But we finally went to the ER while she was having an episode and the imaging showed her shunt wasn’t working (which we tried telling them 3 months earlier). In our case our insurance pays 100% of ER visits so that wasn’t a concern. |

mwhip I'm glad they could get it installed quickly and that they were good to work with! I always try to reward those companies with positive reviews online--sometimes it seems like the good ones are so few and far between! also, RIP, snow penguin. I'm sure whoever drove behind your H today got a chuckle from those.

They don’t have an approved budget. The school board never approved it. Either way, they wouldn’t have offered me much more i don’t think. I’m bummed though. It would have been perfect. |

I really like the way they look in Josie‘s and Charlie‘s closets, but I fold downstairs in the laundry room (or more likely in the kitchen) and I can’t fold them Kon Mari style and transport them upstairs. So I find myself folding flat, and then modifying the fold so they can fit in the baskets in their closets. It does not spark joy. I usuallly fold in the laundry room, too. Hmmm. I guess I'll need to take it in their rooms to fold. Or maybe i could use a basket and put the folded laundry in there and then take it to their rooms. I did not think this far ahead... I fold on the floor in their room and just make stacks. When it’s done I transfer to the drawers without issue. The only time I have something not stay folded is if it’s thick like jeans (for the kids). |

I finished the marvelous mrs maisel. I haven't enjoyed a show that much in awhile. I loved it! This and Schitt's Creek are my current favorite shows. If you haven't seen it you should add it to your list. |

Thanks guys. H finally fell sleep after an hour crying in his room. I’m curious what n will say when she comes home. She mentioned something last week about them practicing songs and she seemed fine with it then. I don’t think she realized what they were practicing for. Can you tell her she can just stand up there with the class and not sing? Or that she can hum? I think it's ok to tell her she can enjoy learning the songs in class but no need to force her singing in front of others. Maybe she can pick out a special bracelet she can rub or play with to calm her while on stage? Eta. Or maybe sunglasses |

The later in the week the more likely it will be delayed longer |

My dad is obsessed with RV shopping. He’s looking at 5th wheel campers. Which he will need a new truck for. He wants to sell their house that they built 9 years ago that was supposed to be their forever/retirement home. Then buy something smaller/cheaper so they can travel around the country for months at a time. Yet have someplace to come home to. My mom is....not sold on this idea. But he’s obsessed and wearing her down on the idea. My dad did this kind of. They sold their house and most of their possessions and lived in their camper for a while. Eventually they decided to buy a trailer in a retirement community in AZ. They winter down there and then come up here for the summer and live in their camper. They’ve gone through a couple different campers now but they just sold their last one and now have a pick up and 5th wheel. |

Same old thing here today. Finished last week's workout tonight and practiced diving with E. He begged me to teach him butterfly but I told him that would have to wait until this set of swim lessons. He's determined to be on swim team. I selfishly hope he does so I can workout at the same time.
