Morning! I'm at work today. C was up screaming that his ear hurts. Not surprising since he basically refuses to blow his nose. We have plans later with friends  |

My h took ds to the cinema during dd’s naptime, so of course she refused to nap today... there went my glorious two hours of nothing. Not much on the agenda today. Just packing & some grocery shopping for our holiday!

Josie’s been fighting something croup-like since Christmas Day. She’s fine with Motrin but about a half an hour before it’s supposed to wear off, she’s back to a horrendous cough. Looks like she’ll be housebound again today.

guster poor J. Hopefully it passes soon! Im up with the dogs, E is still in bed. She woke at 5:30, which is fine, the dogs wanted food, then she came back to bed with me. 2 1/2hrs later, she is still out. Nothing much planned today, I think we will do some cleaning.

Morning from I-95!
We left just before 4 🤪 😴 and are already in NC. Thankfully the kids went back to sleep immediately and stayed that way until 8. Should be home around lunchtime.

Morning. MH went out last night to dinner and a movie with the neighbour and a bunch of his friends, apparently it’s a tradition, he got home pretty late.
The kids were so good and it was so nice to have some me time in the house, I watched a couple movies and rolled/counted the kids money from their piggy banks. Super boring but it was exactly what i needed.

I had this idea to give all of the families in the NICU here my favorite Restoration Hardware blanket on A's birthday. It's the softest, most cozy blanket. It's on sale now, but it'd still be around $2,500 soooooo I think I need to come up with a different idea.

So I need to catch up with yesterday’s thread. I was at work 11 hours. I’m went in to pay 1 invoice that the vendor said they would give me early on my last day but sent it in the evening. Since I was going in for that I told my old boss B that I would finish the shift helping out my old team. I won’t make that mistake again.
S spent the whole day ordering and paying bills. I was next to her the whole day. She could have done all of that in 2 hours. She spent most of the day talking with people. She did no work while she talked.
One of the new guys J also spent most of the day talking. However he at least thanked me for coming in and doing the project they gave me.
I’m setting up a meeting with B to discuss all of this. I’m done helping if they aren’t going to be doing work as well.

I had a completely lazy day yesterday home alone so I’m determined to be more productive today. I’ve worked out and showered and now need to clean up the house. Except I pulled something while stretching after my workout and it hurts sooo bad. I think I have a rib out and it hurts to breath and walk. So for now I’m sitting with ice on it. So much for productivity.

I’m so sorry tgrimes. Did they rule out cyclic vomiting syndrome before? I feel Ike they did. But I can’t remember. But this poor girl has had far too much vomit for a 5 year old! I would definitely look for a 2nd opinion GI doc. |

Hi hi! On the bus to NYC with my mom and sis. My aunt is coming up for the day and my cousin is coming in to stay with us. Not sure what we are up to today, but seeing Waitress tomorrow night, which should be fun. Poor j was beside himself about me leaving, begging me to cancel the trip last night and saying it's hurt his body too much for me to leave💔. Mh reports that he's fine so far, drew me a picture and his puppies are sitting in my chair at the table. Have a good day!
