tgrimes and mwhip it's apparently all the rage and there are tons of videos of different people doing them. Basically you close your eyes, pick three markers and those are the only colors you get to use to color your picture.

So, I got it in my head to make glazed orange cranberry bread for all the neighbors to go with the cookies we made last night. I whipped up the first batch for 4 breads and it ended up being enough for 7 somehow, so I'm done!

I'm scared to find out what I did wrong, so I guess I will have to taste test one. For science.

Hi! I finally just collapsed on my couch. I hit the gym this morning, hit target and sams club, came home and cooked Ten dozen cookies and then made three more batches of cookie dough. Then dinner and of course dh got stuck at work so I had to do dinner and bedtime on my own. Um exhausted.

Add me to the exhausted list. I thought I was coming home to eat and purge closets, but something with wrong with the dinner my mom planned to make and so I ended up cooking. The kids were going nuts and now I’m hiding in the bathroom.

MH and the kids are leaving with her Wednesday and I cannot wait to have two whole nights alone in my house. Merry Christmas to meeeeeeee! 😂

Rant ahead:

My new boss is ticking me off. He wants me to take more on but he’s not showing me how to do it or the things I need to do it are not there. Today we had a vendor out trying to fix a panic button. The vendor wanted to know where the board was. I don’t know I went to look for the map in the system it’s not there.

I said I would reach out to the vendor who installed and he said no. Drove me out there to look for it with the vendor that was there. Who already looked in the logical spots. So we wasted a half hour with no results. And then he asked me to ask the install vendor.

I missed a meeting with the Director of IT. He called my old boss to see if I needed to go. She said no. Of course she said no, she doesn’t know I had things to bring up that he wanted me to bring up. I can’t fix problems if he won’t let me go to the meetings to fix them!!

Long story short: I think I need a new job. This manager is handicapping me to the point I’m not getting work done.

M's teacher was put on bed rest 2 weeks after school started so hes had a mixture of subs but with one relatively consistent one. Who I reallllllly dont like (new permanent teacher starts after Christmas break, thank god), should I just skip teacher Christmas gift since it's not been one teacher? Sometimes he cant even tell me the subs name..

flamingo feel better. When I had that last week, I felt the worst of my life for like 6 hours and then I felt fine so hopefully you will recover quickly too.

I had big plans to wrap gifts and meet my friend for lunch but T ended up home with croup. I did write out all my cards and all the cards for the teachers in DD’s school. I also let T help me wrap DH’s gifts. Tonight I went to urgent care because I have this bump on my back I thought was like an infected pimple or something but she said it’s a cyst. Not dangerous but it hurts like hell so they are supposedly getting me an appointment at a dermatologist in the next 2 days to get it removed. I need it done before the 31st when my deductible resets. Hitting that out of pocket max 2 years in a row sucked.

It seems fine! I only fill my pan half way, so maybe that's why it was a double batch?
