Finally Friday

Good morning. I have a ton to get done today at work but I also have a monthly lunch date with some of my work friends and need to leave at least 2 hours early today if I want to take advantage of my flex time this pay period. So it’s all about prioritizing.

How’s your Friday looking?

I hope you and your families are feeling better kim22 and snoopmommymom. And I hope H is doing better tgrimes. I know we have at list one more sick one but I can’t remember. I hope everyone is feeling better!

sing2phins did you end up getting a picture of Pico from that Etsy artist? I had her do one of my in laws Newfie and it turned out amazing and she was so fast. It’s called BioStudio is anyone is interested. I paid $80 for a 12 x 18 and then got the frame at Michaels for $25.

Also I can’t remember if I shared all that pic stuff with you guys. My memory got so messed up during my med switch. It’s better now but I feel like I missed two weeks of my life and Dh says I’m repeating stories.

My MIL is going to come over to watch H so I can go to work. I’ll probably try to leave a bit early so she won’t be in rush hour traffic later.

Good Morning. DS1 just left for school. T is up and seems fine. The baby was up a lot but that is normal. I think he was mad because I’m too dehydrated to make enough milk for him. It’s amazing what one day of me being out of service did to my house. I will be taking it easy today but man what a mess I have to clean.

tgrimes glad you don’t have to miss work. Your MIL is the best.

I asked for new pyjamas, a big storage folder to safe ds/ds’s art work & a wooden pine tree for decoration. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Good morning. I’m still hacking stuff up out of my lungs and Z is still stuffed but we are heading out to school and work.

I took a really hot shower this morning and tried to cough up as much as i could. Poor O knocked on the bathroom door concerned asking if i was choking. I explained that i was trying to clear out the sickness. It was kinda cute though that he came to check on me.

Tonight we are meeting friends for dinner at Smash Burger then going to O’s karate ceremony. I’m guessing this is where they try to sign you up for real lessons. It’s at the karate studio but the lessons he took were after school in the gymnasium at his school.

Morning! The puke hit our house last night. So far it's just L and she seems totally fine today so hopefully it's nothing. I'm home with her and A, I didn't want MIL to have to come deal with puke/germs.

It's official that Cass has pneumonia.

I wish it were a real Friday and I didn't have to work this weekend. I just want to sleep. At least I'll get out early because of our holiday party on Sunday.

Work as usual today and I'm solo tonight because MH has an event at his school.

Morning! We’re up bright and early. Why, you ask? Because our gorgeous Christmas tree that we spent last night decorating cake crashing down in the middle of the night. It was a disaster. Thankfully we only lost one meaningful ornament, and the rest was mostly balls that got smashed.

I wish I had some kahlua (spelling?) to put in my coffee

Morning! Not much going on here today, just housework and maybe some present-wrapping. I need to take inventory of my supplies and possibly head to Hallmark. I think we’re going to take the kids to see The Grinch tonight.

Sorry for all the puke!

Cadence woke up crying a couple of times around 11/12 and we thought it was because the cat was waking her up, but it ended up being because her nose is stuffed up and she couldn't breathe and it freaked her out. I tried explaining to her that she has to breathe through her mouth and sleepy child doesn't understand that when half asleep. She finally settled and slept through the night.

I'm impressed that he knocked.  S has no boundaries and would walk right in to check on me!
