mwhip statistically red cars get pulled over most often...that car stands out more than a red car, so I could see him getting busted every time he speeds. I've seen a lot of lime green cars in Austin lately. Hoping it's not an ongoing trend. And since I drive it more...and have a bit of a speeding problem. If it was lime green, this would not be a question. |

He sent me the numbers on the white and I swear, it's $100 more a month than then mango/orange. What's a pretty big difference! I'm waiting on him to confirm that though because I didn't study the sheets like he did yesterday, since, not my car. |

Hi Ladies! I am still catching up after a busy weekend. Got my mom from the airport, purged basement storage, took 4 sick kids into the pedi, decorated for the holidays, and started setting up the rink. H ordered pool noodles to put atop boards on the rink to protect little hands and bodies, but instead of all one color he went with the rainbow pack. Festive! 😂
Yesterday, we did our annual mailing of Santa letters/hot chocolate/pick out the tree tradition and so now the season has officially started in the Dapostrophe house. Our tree is a little bottom heavy on ornaments, but I did not have the heart to rearrange.

The blue is the same car as he currently has, but 3 years newer and about $50 cheaper per month, if I remember correctly, then we pay now. The blue is the color he has always wanted, but no hood scoop. The white has the scoop, but he's never wanted a white car because too hard to keep clean. So I'm trying to convince him that the blue is the best option, saves us $150 per month and is still a brand new car, in the color he really wants. But I have to do it in a way that makes it seem like his idea... |

I was rushing to get Ryland from school so I went to my car, loaded C in.... and then drive away with out putting my bags in the car! I just left them in the cart!! I didn’t realize until I got home from picking up R and rushed back over, and thankfully it was all still there. WTF though? I need a vacation!!

This is totally something I would do lol. My friend and I went shopping once and we drove separate. We said our goodbyes and loaded our kids and she drove away. Then quickly circled back because she forgot to put her stroller in the car. At least she got the kids out. |

And be resentful every time he had to wash the white car because...white. |

You def need a breather! Put YH on duty tonight and you check out to the bedroom with a beer and sit back and relax. I once went to the store to get batteries and cold medicine for MH, but also picked up some milk and other basic groceries. Got home and could not find them. I had brought the milk and groceries in but could not find the batteries and cold medicine. After searching unsuccessfully I blamed the checker. She MUST'VE forgot to put them in the bag. Or I could have forgot to grab a bag. So I went back to the store, convinced there would be a bag there with my things...nothing. The checker remembered me though and we "retraced" my steps....when I realized I had put them in the backseat. While everything else was in the front seat. So they had been in my car the whole time! Scatter Brained...that's me! |

I was impressed by the embedded video showing that Starbucks plans to eliminate plastic straws by 20/20. Warms my little green heart. Have not tried the Juniper Latte. I'll take a sweet cream cold brew all day when I want something fancy. Yum. |

So, normally I just run my holiday card envelopes through my printer to address them but per N13's rec, I looked at Walgreens same day return labels to save me time printing one side. It looked like they charge .22 PER LABEL, so it was going be over $20 for some subpar labels. No thx.
So then, I thought...I still have time to do a stamp (also, rec'd by N13). I will make it quick and easy by not designing myself, and instead picking a pre-made design. Omg. Cue spiral on designs. Then cue obsession over how the label should read...not too formal, not too casual. We have more than one last name in our family, so no "The "X" Family". Plus, everyone on his side has the same last name, so we have to personalize it some how. So, like...just an initial? H and my first names? We are a modern couple, so my name can come first, right? Do I spell his name out or use his shortened name?
I started this morning over coffee, and when I looked up it was 5 minutes until Evie's bus was supposed to arrive at noon and she had not eaten lunch yet. I blame you all for her granola bar "lunch" and the 3 hours of my life that I lost.
