Hi hi! Just checking in now. Im in party prep mode for Sunday, so lots of errands, lots of last-minute cleaning, but I’m feeling good about all of it.
And mh is on afternoon duty today so I can leave as soon as he gets home to get my nails done and grab some last minute things at the Big Y.
I can’t believe my girl is going to be five tomorrow. She has requested hibachi and a ride on the zip line at the play place. Whatever makes her heart sing.

Whoa. Colin seriously needs to grow - he's been stuck at 41-42 inches for the last 18 months. All his friends who used to look so small compared to him are now seeing eye-to-eye or looking down at him. It's weird.

J is 48lbs but I know want to measure him. I know B is super tall though. Watching a ton of videos this week while cleaning my phone made me realize how much he's slimmed down recently.

Matthew is the same but only 36 pounds. I had to buy 4T pants because he looked like he was waiting for a flood but lord. They just about fall straight down.. And he hates the ones that tie or the jeans that cinch in the waist because they hurt him.

Hi girls! Insane day today. Tomorrow is my big event, and it’s those last minute things are killing me, I’ll be glad it’s over! We had st. Maarten at school tonight, it was sweet. Ds teacher approached me to tell me that Ds had been so brave today, he tasted the pumpkin soup they made. She told me she saw the struggle on his face and that he couldn’t bring himself to put the spoon in his mouth and he asked her if she would do it. It broke my heart a little, but I think they finally grasp that this goes beyond being ‘a picky eater’.

When i complimented ds on how brave he had been and that I was proud he told me he wasn’t proud at all... he felt he had to do it. They probably said something along the lines of ‘we’re all going to taste now!’ to the entire class and since he’s so compliant he felt he had to... I think I need to talk to the teacher and explain this to her. Or am I overthinking this?

No.  He's usually in the 1% so its not a huge drop.

Same. I’ll know after Josie’s well visit bc I ask them to weigh and measure Charlie in case I have to change medicine dosages. Then I do the same for Josie at Charlie’s well visit.
