I think I heard most reports about AT&T users not getting the alert. But weird that it won't arrive with a delay if you have your phone off or no signal. Now I'm worried about missing a notification about the zombie apocalypse every time in turn my phone off.

This was the first ever test so there were probably a lot of bugs to fix. |

If you didn’t receive the alert power cycle your phone. It might come through. Hate for you to get the alert when you aren’t expecting it. @snoopmommy guster @anyoneelse |
