Am I the only weirdo that would want the bad pics too? I mean I just want the complete set #horder. My kindergarten picture I was licking my lips and didn't realize they were taking the picture, so my tongue is sticking out. My teacher also happened to be making ornaments with our pictures that year, so my parents still have that picture front and center on their Christmas tree every year. I love this. I think the odd ball pics are cute. |

For Mother’s Day last year the day care did a cute thing that included a picture that they took themselves. My child looks deranged on it. Lol. But it’s so funny. I have it hanging in my office. She must’ve just woke from a nap when they took the pic. |

So we missed picture day last year so please excuse my ignorance. When did you school pictures require you to buy before you see the pictures? Has it always been this way. What if your kid looks silly? Am I crazy thinking my mom use to get a packet with a proof before ordering? H’s school gives me the choice to pay for all the digital images up front for $30 or order from the website afterwords. It’s a private photographer though, not someone like lifetouch. |

Morning! Just another day here. It’s very foggy and supposed to rain.
I had some nice permed bangs (yes, just the bangs) for my kindergarten pics, along with an “are you serious” half smile. RBF started young
N’s daycare pics we could order after but preschool we have to preorder. I didn’t order any from daycare because we just had family pics taken this summer. I’ll probably order from preschool.

lahdeedah I’m the worst!!! I asked you your birthday just this past weekend and then forgot!!! I’m so sorry  . Happy happy day after you birthday!!!!!!!! Hope all your boys spoiled you yesterday. Don’t be sorry! And thank you! It was just another day for me since I chose to go to work on my birthday. Bad choice. Lol. It wasn’t a bad day, though. MH met me for a lunch date and we went to dinner after picking the boys. |

Morning! Theo has picture day today too. We are waiting outside the pre-school now. My kids have mastered weird pictures, so I just pre-order and take what I get.
I have a million things to return to various stores from my last minute buying frenzy for our trip, so that's what the girls and I will do this morning.

What is it about me that attracts ppl to park right next to me—in an otherwise wide-open parking lot—as I’m trying to load/unload a cart, kids, etc.?? 🙄😜
B is at school and has stay-and-play afterwards. I’m baking a cake for a fundraiser at my H’s work this afternoon so C and I are out getting stuff for it now.

Just got to the office and will be leaving in a bit for the chiropractor. Going to try acupuncture again for this headache. I used my TENS unit this morning and it did nothing. I have a gift card for a massage.. maybe I should try and schedule that.

My kid’s elementary pictures we get a proof but middle school I didn’t. Of course I prepaid online then my kid got sent home from his head injury before they took the picture. I know they have a make up day because everyone needs a picture because they get student IDs but I don’t know when it is. T’s preschool pictures are really expensive but the photographer is amazing so I don’t mind.
After C wakes up from napping, I’m taking T and C to the county park. T has been crying at school that he misses me. He’s never like that and his teacher is my mom so I think he needs some time with me.
Tonight is class parent picks at PTO. I’m in charge so if you see “brawl at N.J. PTO meeting” on the news later, raise me some bail money.

One of C's classmates went to Paris last week and C is begging me to go. She told him about a cool playground there. He said he would never leave the playground. Sounds worth the $, right?!
The Fire Department is visiting school today so C was very excited. Hopefully that means an easy night. I am super drained lately.

wedding I know you just got back from vacation and it's hard to get back into the swing of things, but you've mentioned a few times how tired you are. Are you continuing to exercise? I notice when I stop exercising regularly, my energy level plummets and becomes non-existent. Maybe you can take a quick walk on your lunch to help perk you up?
