Getting ready to drop R off at school in a bit. She's super whiney this morning so that's fun. I think I might be getting a cold and I feel hungover. I didn't even have one sip of alcohol yesterday. A is teething so badly. Molars can kiss my ass. It's a very Monday Monday here for sure.

I need to lay the baby down so I can have breakfast. He's asleep but I'm enjoying the snuggles. I need coffee though.

I'm enjoying an extra day of not having to get moving. My step dad is getting an award today, so we are going to that in a bit.
Which means I get the joy of Monday on a Tuesday tomorrow.

My 3 YO was up at 4AM. He dropped one of his PJ Mask things and had a shit fit. So that turned into taking a sip of water, then going to the bathroom. Didn't take too long to settle him, but then I couldn't go back to sleep and the baby in my ute decided to have a dance party and kick the hell out of my bladder. SOOOO I am exhausted.
I had to keep myself from laughing though when I was tucking my kid back in, I told him to get some more sleep because we have to go to daycare in a few hours and he says in this pathetic little voice "Mommy, I don't want any yogurt today."
LOL K.

I'm doing orientation week at daycare for the boys. Of course, my stroller lock broke when I dropped them off today. Which then turned into me walking a mile to an auto body shop, borrowing a saw, walking around the city with it and then sawing off the lock. When I went back into the daycare, I had to ask the director to hold the saw so that I didn't bring it into the room full of babies. So, mother of the year over here

We drove to PA and back for a wedding yesterday afternoon. We got home around 10:00 and into bed at midnight; I am beat and working really hard to find some motivation. It's not working.

DS is sick and weāre planning to spend the day on the couch watching HGTV and probably a lot of Daniel Tiger. Poor kid is a coughing, stuffy mess.
And I actually have a husband vent. My normally sane and pro vaxx husband is so against the flu shot and has lost his mind. DS got one Friday and heās convinced itās what made him sick (maybe it was the germy doctorās office? Or the million other places heās been??) Heās refusing to get one even though two doctors now have explained to him how itās not possible and how important it is since Iām pregnant and the baby will be born during flu season. He has to do more āresearchā first. OMFG.

DD doesn't have school the next two days. I'm sure she'll be bouncing off the walls by this afternoon.
We do have to pick up a grocery order by 11:30 so that'll buy us some time.

Iām debating getting one this year but Iām still not 100% sure. Iāve had drs tell me some people do have this response to the shot. I know itās not the flu but it still sucks.

Did you last get it when it was active? The shot now has the inactive virus and it shouldnāt cause flu-like symptoms since itās a dead virus.

Every member of my family woke me up at some point last night. H when he came to bed at 1, DD1 cried out from a bad dream, and then DD2 was grunting from about 4:30-5 then up at 5 to eat. Why don't they love me??
