I’m up and at work. I took melatonin before bed and I think it messed with my sleep. I was restless all night. It’s supposed to be almost 90 today.

Morning! SIL and BIL stayed over last night so we’ll just hang out a bit this morning before they leave. Then we are taking the kids to the gopher football game. They are so excited. Except I wasn’t expecting 90 degrees and humid in September so it’s going to be sweaty.

Apparently my body just likes to prepare itself... all contractions stopped last night around 8 and haven’t started back up. Baby boy is kicking and rolling around in there as normal so we’re just waiting.
DH and I decided if my contractions pick up again we will definitely be going in.

Morning. H and I sat around the fire after the kids went bed. In an attempt to go lower calorie than my usual wine, I went with vodka/la Croix. They went down a little too easily and I am regretting my decision. About to make some brioche french toast, apple smoked chicken sausage and maple bacon coffee to bring myself back to life.

Ahh I hope it will be soon cheeksmum! I remember a night like that with C. I ended up having to be induced after my due date...apparently I have really stubborn babies. Hope you have a nice, relaxing day today! |

Morning! We just got back from Dunkin'; DH is working today again. He said he basically sat on a computer in a windowless room yesterday reading Yahoo News and was asked exactly 2 questions all day. Sounds productive! C randomly had a low-grade fever last night that broke around midnight; now B is running one and saying he's "not feeling too good". So IDK what's going on, but school resumes on Monday so he has exactly 48 hours to turn it around  |

Last night MH didn’t get home till after 7 so we went to sushi, watched an episode of sharp objects and went to bed. Of course I was up at 6 because I can never sleep in.
I’m going to get a bunch of laundry & cleaning done before we get the kids.
I really want mimosas but I don’t have any champagne or juice. I’m going to need Amazon Now to up their game. I’d totally tip the shit out of that driver.

Hi all! Sorry I've been MIA, we were in Cape Cod and the internet was spotty. The first night in our rental I couldn't sleep and got like 5 bug bites in the middle of the night, so I was paranoid of bed bugs and moved to couch and heard what sounded like a raccoon in the kitchen cabinets. Then MH saw a mouse running around. So we were up all night and first thing in the am we packed up and moved to a hotel. The owner sent an exterminator the next day and declared no bugs but did find a mouse nest under the house and put poison out. He legit expected us to come back. Hell to the no. Especially since poison was used. He's refunding us 60% and cannot wait to write a lovely review which I'm sure will cost him more than the few hundred dollars he doesn't want to refused us. Anywho, our hotel was actually pretty decent, but we left yesterday instead of today. I'm not sure we got the true cape cod experience, but did love the national parks and the bay side beaches. The highlight for j was driving by NYC and Newark airport 🤷.
Also ffsc - I forgot a razor and never got a chance to pick up another. I'm not sure who is more disgusted, me or mh.

Hope you have a nice, relaxing day today! This same thing happened with N except I was having back labor and my water was leaking so we were already at the hospital. But when my contractions stopped they started me on oxytocin to get them going again. This time I’ve just been labouring at home since they haven’t been extremely uncomfortable or painful. |

Sounds like you had quite the experience with nature tallb. Saturday family TKD. This is my favorite class because we all get to do it together and sometimes the girl get to lead the warm up and it's really cute. MH has school work today so as afterwards the girls and I will either swim at the Y or paint at the pottery place. I have a Christmas project in mind. |

My parents were on the Cape this week tallb and were disappointed in their VRBO. They rented a waterfront cottage that ended up not being waterfront. And the weather was dicey. |

I feel like crap. Just run down emotionally and physically. The retreat was good but tiring and I have one more week of speed work before Disney. Dh was nice and let me sleep in today. We are headed to a birthday party soon and I’m hoping to nap after. I feel bad saddling Dh with C since I was gone a couple of days but if I don’t rest I’ll never get through next week.

Oooh that’s my kind of drink dapostrophe!! 😍 At least we know we will have a baby day verrry soon cheeksmum!! Do you guys have a name ready for the little guy? Yikes tallb!!! I CANNOT deal with rodents. Ew. My nieces and nephews spent the night last night. My nephew is 13 so he watched all the kiddos this morning so Letty & I could run out and grab donuts. The cousins haven’t been over for a few weeks so all of them are THRILLED to finally be playing. And at least no one will be telling me they are bored all day! |
