Long day! Nora woke up and puked water 3 times, so j and I headed to my mom's for a little bday visit. (She's fine now). We went out to lunch and I packed about 10 more boxes of kids stuff into my thankfully gigantic closet there.. then hit the pool for the last hour of the summer, im bummed it's over.
Now watching RBG on CNN and pretending to do school work. Also we are having trouble with a VRBO rental, I requested to book and he's whining that they have counter sealers coming...um do you want our money or not. Also mark it unavailable if it is unavailable.. I'm giving him til tomorrow before I find another rental.

O has been watching pj masks a lot lately and they both got into Peppa Pig a few weeks ago. Z just discovered Daniel Tiger so she is choosing that. Oh they both like Masha and the Bear too. Mara only likes to watch Masha and Bear in Russian. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ |

Tomorrow is going to be crazy. LO has his first day of school, it’s my first day back at work. Plus I’m handling pickup and drop off for both kids. Pray for me.  |

LO still loves Jake and the Neverland Pirates, 80s DuckTales, Octonaughts, and just recently Paw Patrol. Once a week during after school care, the kids get to watch a show and last time they had on Ducktales. Dude loved it and asked me to stay to see it with him. I have them on dvd if you want to borrow |

cheeksmum's N is the sweetest, most polite kid I've ever met. We really need to double down on our manners game over here after meeting him and wineallthetime's kids. My kids do please and thank you, but they won't say hello or goodbye to people or answer questions from adults without first burying their heads in my legs.

After catching up on you chatty ladies I took the movie recommendation and watched To All the Boys... so cute! Reminded me of myself in HS. Shy, romance novels, intense crushes... check check and check!

FFMC? I’m not a fan of pas patrol... not big on character tv shows in general 🙄. What’s wrong with character shows? For me they’re often a little to ‘loud’ and busy on tv and on merchandise. Nothing wrong with them, just not my style. ETA I’m also a sucker for pretty & sweet drawings, I do love curious George for instance! |

Thanks to all the recs. That movie is on my queue. It sounds cute.
I think my children will be on an island with the shows they currently are into: The Brady Bunch (they both say "Marsha, Marsha, Marsha" all the time), Goosebumps (M), Spirit Riding Free as usual (mostly C but they both like it), and watching videos of Mario mini games and 80s music videos on YouTube.
