I prefer the look of a one piece suit for little girls, but 2 pieces are so much more practical for bathroom visits. Same! Although I do think the rash guard top with bikini bottoms look adorable together.

Jealous of both meet ups! Enjoy girls! Yes, tallb, We are in the woods so the back line of our property is straight and So is the left side, but the right side is on an angle so I think our property is right angle triangle, but I was terrible at geometry so I could completely be wrong.

Hi ladies! We had a nice day hanging out at the pool! The boys are watching their show and then going to bed and I hit us french bread, Brie, prosciutto, smoked salmon, apples, and strawberries to put together a snack plate for dinner. I also have TJ’s Mac and cheese balls that I picked up to try, but that may be too much food. Does anyone remember TJ’s zapolli (or something) balls? I’m so sad they got rid of those. The Zeppoli balls or the arancini balls? The latter is delicious!!

Ugh jewels. Maybe the stress of yesterday brought it on early? Either way, sucks that it came while you are away and not prepared.

xolastunicornxo We didn’t like the Mac and cheese balls over here, but my kids love TJ’s reduced guilt Mac n cheese in the freezer section. It only takes 3 minutes to make!

I didn’t pull them out tonight, so we will try them another night. I love the flat bread pizzas and the gnocchi from the freezer section!

flamingo so I’m assuming the movie only covered the first book? I’m excited to see it, I loved the whole series!

Yes, when she was wearing a suit for splash day it was a 2piece since she was changing herself. For swim class they require one pieces. Normally, I have her go before I even put the suit on, but forgot today. So really it's my own fault.

You should just cut one of her once pieces and sew in a strip with snaps on it.

It was a super productive day in the Vino household, organizing, cleaning, yard work and laundry. We had a 1yo birthday party today that started at 4pm, I could sense MH needed a brake so I hauled the kids to the party by myself. The kids were so good, my friends extended family was so helpful and it was a great time!

flamingo so I’m assuming the movie only covered the first book? I’m excited to see it, I loved the whole series! Yes. They tweaked the ending and I’m not sure if they pulled that from the second book or what. The biggest difference to me was her friend Peik Lin and her family. They were entertaining for sure, but somewhat different (esp the dad) than the book portrayed them.

Morning! I was up on time, and am at work early. It’s so much better to be able to wake up slowly and take my time getting ready. I have to train someone today so I probably won’t be on my phone much. DH will be home from the softball tournament at some point today, his team got 3rd place.

Morning. Dd was up a few times last night for lord knows what. I ‘slept’ besides her on a very thin mattress, my back hurts. We’re getting walks to make the final rooms in the attic in October so Dh started to clear out some junk this morning. And we’ll probably take a bike ride to Ikea this afternoon. Back on the diet tomorrow, thinking what i should eat tonight as a really good cheat meal...

Morning. Yesterday was a rough day with the kids, no one was getting along. I also finished my second class so I am pleased with myself about that. We may go over to the neighborhood we are eyeing and check out how far the walk is to the playground and little deli and Aldi. And I need to go to a class, maybe I should do a 7:30 and get it over with..
Have a good Sunday!

Good morning. The kids were up until 10 last night but of course C was still up full of energy at 7. I’m tired. I need to ask my brother nicely to leave around lunch time so I can catch up on laundry and pack for my trip tomorrow.

cagoldi I did not have much luck with Better than Sex Mascara. I wanted to love it, but it was clumpy on me. I'm sure it was user error. I went with Benefit's Roller Lash this time, and I like the super fine (foolproof) brush. flamingo Do tell what books you have on your nightstand.

Bea and I are the first ones up this morning, but I'm going to wake the others soon. First, I am going to enjoy the silence, have my coffee and pack up a few things to head into the city and meet jewels. Can't wait!

Morning. The kids were up til almost 10 watching the movie outside. N decided she didn’t want to sleep in the tent so she ended up in our bed all night and is still out cold. I hear h yelling but i don’t want to get out of bed yet.
Nothing much planned today. Church and grocery store and then a quiet day at home hopefully.

dapostrophe The Death of Mrs Westaway by Ruth Ware (I’ve read at least one other of hers, she writes a good suspense/thriller); Pachinko (story of a Korean family in Japan starting pre WWII); and one of Reese Witherspoon’s book club picks, Something In the Water.

I got maybe halfway through Something in the Water and gave up. It was so much suspense going no where. I might try that Ruth Ware next.

Also, morning! I took my mom to the airport early then came home and got back in bed.
DH just left to do grocery shopping with B, and C and I are playing Paw Patrol, her latest obsession. I got her a couple new pups at Target yesterday and they have only left her grip to sleep.
We are having friends over this afternoon to swim and have dinner so that should be fun.

We're going to check out one more furniture store today and hopefully make a decision. MH has to teach Sunday school. I'm a heathen so it's a coin toss if I'll go or stay home to unpack. It's a lot if random crap left to unpack so I'm losing steam but I have no problem dumping/donating.

Morning. Well the party must have been exhausting for everyone because we all slept until 7:30am! I can confidently say that, that has never happened before. B has a drop off birthday party later over lunch and J’s nap and the smoke has finally cleared so maybe I’ll chill outside.

It's a lot if random crap left to unpack so I'm losing steam but I have no problem dumping/donating. This is where I always lose steam, too. I get all the major stuff put away, assembled, whatever, but it's those boxes of random stuff that I probably should have purged beforehand that end up hanging out to taunt me. Despite the fact that I am still 20 months away from moving, I am already mentally purging. I can't wait to actually do it.

Morning! We all slept till 830. 830! Unheard of. The kids are playing library (which basically means that every book they own is in a pile on the floor). I’m mainlining coffee and wishing it were sunny outside.

Taking it easy this morning. We're headed downtown in an hour or so to see Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs at the Paramount. Really hoping they don't mind she's wearing her Snow White dress cause the girl isn't taking no for an answer.
LJ is being the typical middle child/cat by jumping on every surface and knocking shit down.
