So yesterday I did well. I even took a few weeklies for a glass of wine at the end of the day. Today's plan: B: egg + 1 egg white, 1/2 lenders bagel, coffee w/ cream 5 pts S: Cottage cheese & banana 2 pts L: tuna, veggies, special K chips 4 pts S: veggies & Greek yogurt dip 1 pt D: Grilled chicken or veggie burgers (I haven't decided yet), wine, grilled veggies
Before dinner I'll have 18 points left so 10 for 2 glasses of wine & 8 for dinner! I plan to stick to my 30 points today so I can use my weeklies for a party tomorrow.

dogbutt, snowyowl, brookethecat, I've heard a lot of people have used this method for breaking through a plateau. sites.google.com/view/ssprengel23plan/the-planyou can looking him up on WW Connect, IG or FB. I've been using this plan for the past few weeks. I like have a "plan" for my weeklies, not just using them for a "oops" moment. I also use some of my fit point, he suggests using 20% to start and tweaking from there. I hope this helps someone Thanks for this! I was wondering what To do with my fit points. I wasn't sure if I shouldnt touch them or if it was okay to. The 20% makes sense.

dogbutt I'm no expert but another way to do it is only eat the fit points that you earn through working out. I strive for 12K steps per day so I earn a LOT of fit points. There's no way I should be eating an extra 100+ points per week. But 20-25 extra because I'm working out hard makes sense.

I weighed in today for the first time since vacation and I'm down 1.2 lbs. I'm so relieved. I tried hard on vacation but it is vacation so there was more junk than normal. We are about to go on a family bike ride right now.

I've totally and completely fallen off the wagon and need to get back to it. I like eating. I hate spending all day thinking about my points, but I know I need to. Ugh.

Good morning! It's day 6 of ww and I'm feeling good. I went out to a winery last night and splurged but was within the healthy point range so I'm not too concerned. I have a beer festival this afternoon and plan to log each beer tasting. I have 26 weekly left and 88 fitpoints so I should be good. We are having a pasta dish tonight but it's loaded with veggies and I planned for it. I want to get in a 20-30 min cardio session in. Now that I said it here I will do it.
I've hit my step goal or exceeded it every day this week and got all my workouts in. I'm very happy with how I did my first week on ww.

kitchen, you got this. I know it sucks to track & constantly think about it. Have you thought about the Simply Filling plan where you don't track points? you just eat from a certain foods list and use your weeklies for anything not on the list. Good luck getting back in track 🙂 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Yesterday I did well, but used some of my weeklies for wine. I ended at 36 points. Today I went to a party & had more wine. I did well with my food choices, given what was served at the party. I avoided dessert & the eggplant parmigiana but still am finishing the day at 50 points. I still have 4 weeklies & 75 fit points, I will use some tomorrow- plans for a cookout by the pool.

So many fruit and produce choices rather than winter apples and tomatoes. Good luck getting back on track.

I had another crappy eating day yesterday. I drank a bunch and didn't really eat lunch. We went to my IL's for a cookout (they live next door to us). DD1 got a splinter which took forever to get out (mostly due to her panicking when I brought out the tweezers) and while we were inside doing that I missed burgers coming off the grill. Then I asked my FIL for one, he had them on the grill but were taking forever, turns out there was an issue with the gas line. Then when they came off the grill other people grabbed them. And he was all flustered/pissed off so I didn't ask him to make more. Once we got home I was starving and a little drunk...enter pizza.
I entered my food to the WW app today & got about 66 points. So my weeklies are gone and 25 of my fit points were used, but I'm back on track today. Feeling hung over, though. I wish I'd had something to eat midday besides chips and I wish I'd swapped one of my vodka soda's for a water.

I did well again yesterday. I drank my detox water yesterday & have it again today (it's for water weight, so it mostly makes me pee a lot) and I got to the gym. Weigh in day tomorrow. The plan for today: B: overnight oats (leftover from yesterday) coffee w/ almond milk 9 pts S: fruit & cottage cheese 2 pts L: salad w/ chicken, banana 7 pts S: veggies & greek yogurt dip 1 pt D: skinny taste chicken parm & riced cauliflower (I put a little marinara & parm cheese on it, kind of like spaghetti squash) S: I'll have 4 points left for something after my workout. What's everyone else eating today? What is this? Do you make it or is it just water with fruit in it. I may want to do this.

angelashly, here's the link for it. www.sofabfood.com/jillian-michaels-7-day-detox-drink-recipe/I like to drink it the week before my period because I bloat so much, this helps. I've seen recipes for it that call for distilled water. I just use regular spring water. And I only use 32 oz of water instead of 60 just because I can fit that into my water bottle for work (instead of taking 2-3). It seems to work the same. I bought a small bottle of unsweetened cranberry juice in the natural foods section of the grocery store and it's lasted forever. And I get the dandelion root tea in the natural foods section too. I use Yogi brand.

I did OK yesterday, ended my day at 37 points. I used a few over my daily allowance for wine with dinner I got up early this morning to run. I really, really want to make that a habit but I rarely can wake up early to workout. I hope that if I plan it ahead of time with MH it will stick. Today's plan: B: overnight oats, coffee w/ almond milk, 1 slice of toast 9 pts S: apple sauce, fruit salad 0 pts L: grilled buffalo chicken wrap, special K chips 6 pts S: veggies and dip, peach 1 pt D: Hamburger w/ light roll, rice pilaf, salad w/ light dressing 12 pts That leaves me 3 points for a snack after dinner. Weigh in day tomorrow. I'm not expecting a loss after this weekend, I'll be thrilled if I stay the same.

kitchen , how are you doing with your motivation? Were you able to meal plan/prep? Yesterday was fine. Today has been fine. I'm cranky and want to eat all of the things though. I made a checkbox in my planner for each day this week which seems to be serving as some sort of motivation. Thanks for checking!

Ugh. I gained 3 lbs. But I'm attributing some of it to PMS water weight. I'm 1 weeks away from AF. And I'm focusing on 2 NSV's: I'm wearing size 8 pants to work, I've been in 10's since the winter and I got up early to workout 2 days in a row. I want to keep that trend going.
Plan for today: B: overnight oats, coffee w/ almond milk 8 pts S: Fruit salad L: chicken sandwich, special k chips 6 pts S: veggies & dip, banana 1 pt D: hamburger, rice pilaf, grilled veggies 12 pts S: whatever I can have for 3 points

Question time. You may have noticed that I go off the rails on the weekends. It's hard because I don't want to miss out on anything and once I have a couple of drinks I start eating badly. This week I'm going out with friends on Thursday for dinner/drinks/concert. Friday I can keep it together, Saturday evening is a party but it's not one where I'll be drinking much/at all. Then Sunday is Father's Day so we're grilling by the pool with my parents and IL's.
My question for everyone is - how do you stay motivated/on track during the weekends?

That's just water weight. I have noticed that I loose weight with a drop, a small "gain", then a whoosh down.

So I am going to AW because I was so happy this morning.
I bought this dress during the Limited going out of business sale, in my old size 6, hoping it would eventually fit (since it was 80% off). I only recently sized down to an 8 so when I decided to try it on this morning I wasn't expecting much.
But it fits like a glove! I can't explain how proud I am of myself for sticking with it and for doing this whole low sugar thing. Fitting into this dress was just the reinforcement I needed this morning to keep at it.

Way to go with the size victories Ali7P and willow! Ali7P I struggle so much with the weekends. Weekdays are fine once I'm in the groove. Weekends just are so hard and then I lose motivation and then I find myself dealing with the same damn five pounds I just lost. Ugh. Solidarity.

I got up early to workout again today! I'd really like to make this my habit. So....going out with friends tonight for dinner and a concert, that means weeklies will be used. The plan: B: veggie egg scramble, coffee w/ almond milk 5 pts S: fruit salad L: tuna, special k chips 4 pts S: cottage cheese & the rest of my fruit salad (I brought a lot!) 2 pts D: 2 margaritas, salad w/ grilled shrimp, chips & salsa 32 pts S: probably wine or beer at the concert venue 10 points
This puts me at 53 points for the day. I will just have to keep my points in check for the weekend. I plan to use the rest of my weeklies and about 25 Fit Points (which is 20% of what I earned last week and I plan to do the same this week).

I had my weekly weigh in this morning and am *finally* down some, compared to no loss the last 3 weeks. I've now lost all my baby weight! Im still a sturdy girl, and will keep working at it, but this is such a great milestone for me! Loosing weight is hard.
