Thanks everyone. My parents are going to try to get her to move in with them once we are in our house. My mom wants as much time with her as possible and to be able to take care of her if she declines to the point of being bed ridden.

That sounds like a great idea because she'll be around everyone more.

I got my second dip powder manicure today because my nails were so hard and long from my previous existing one. I'm in love! They don't chip or peel at all and you can't cut them when the polish is on. I was thinking I might have E get one to help with his nail biting. Anyone considered or tried it? inthekitty?

I'm to excited for tomorrow, I can't sleep. I finished invoicing and payroll so now I think I'll fold a load of laundry lol.

Never tried those for myself or the kids Sunny41 but it couldn't hurt! Maybe it'll keep E from biting.

Sunny41 That's good to know about the dip manicures. My salon started offering them and I usually do gel, but I'm intrigued by the dip b/c you don't have to use the lights to dry. Maybe I'll try it next time.

Maybe I'll try it next time. You should try it! I recommend having them shape the nails before polish. I've had both ways and it's easier to fix the shape before. And it took about 1 Chip and Joanna Gaines so not too long

Dude, I work for attorneys. “Prompt access to a bathroom” or having a “bathroom nearby” can be translated to going to the courthouse. Lol. We are in a similar position at my work....only it’s an all winter issue.... During our big flood in 2017 our sewer and water lines were ruined. They are attached under a bridge that has been deemed unsafe and must be removed. But the govt is slow at anything that happens so when winter rolled around they had to turn the water off to winterize. They can’t fix the lines till the bridge is removed. So this winter as soon as the temp starts dropping again, they will winterize and turn the water off, leaving our office with no water so bathrooms will be closed. Last year I had to drive to our HQ office and work from there because of it. An hour away! I’m hoping this year they will let me stay in my office and just go up the road to the store and use that when I need to go. It’s ridiculous.
